Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP70746 needs a wrench to remove it from the spout. This was included in your packaging. If you no longer have it, it can be ordered and purchased through your local retailer or wholesaler. The model number for the wrench is RP52217.

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for your question. The RP70746 aerator does have a M21.5x1-6g thread pattern. You can order our RP51505 cache aerator adapter that will adapt to a standard 55/64″-27 male thread. The faucet filter should attach to this size. Thanks, Dave
