RESEÑAS
Rated 1 out of 5 by from TROUBLE Just like "Bad Buy" my wife's side of this faucet has very slow flow. I called the helpline. My first contact was Rebecca, who was very helpful. I then was sent to "support". They said I needed a Flow Restrictor, but no installation was available. I was told to go to YouTube of instructions...didn't happen. I received the part today and finally figured how to take it apart, only to find out the "Flow Restrictor" wasn't there? Online it says this part is discontinued. I guess so...it isn't part of the faucet. I've been in the construction trades for over 40 years and never have I felt such frustration with a product. Yes, I'm very frustrated. I too spent >$250.00 a few years ago (X2) and only one is working. NOW WHAT?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad faucet In installed two of these faucets in our new house approx. 14 months ago. Yesterday the hot water side quit working on my wife's sink in our bathroom. Paying over $200.00 a piece for them, NOT HAPPY!!!

I don't know the model number of my kitchen faucet. I checked with the company who installed it, they have no record. It's about 7 years old. It now "squeaks" when I use the handle - and has a very slow drip from the spout. Can you help?

I have two Nyla Single Handle faucets with Riser. One of them is leaking at the base of the handle. It leaks when I raise the handle more than 2/3 of the way up. What will fix this?

Asked by: Carla
Hello Carla, Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the leak under the handle you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet model 17780LF Nyla® Single Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet With Riser In Chrome. We realize that can be very frustrating and I am happy to assist you! We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. A flush may resolve this issue. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need a 1/8" or 3/32” Allen wrench for the handle screw, a towel, and a bucket. Please remove the indicator button to reveal the set screw of your handle and use the 1/8" or 3/32" Allen wrench to loosen the set screw that secures the handle to the stem unit, then pull the handle off of the stem unit. You will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please lift straight up to pull the camp and packing and the ball out. If you look into the valve, you should see seats and springs. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. Next place the towel behind the back of the faucet then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed. Please contact us back directly via email with any further questions. Best Regards, Skyler

i have a delta bathroom faucet model # 17708lf and the water flow is very slow the water pressure going to the faucet is good and the screens ard good do thay have a cartridge that would give better pressure thank you willie

Asked by: willie1968
Hello willie1968, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. When there is a low flow issue, we would recommend flushing and cleaning the flow restrictor. Here is some flushing instructions: 1. Place a large bucket or stock pot under the sink. 2. Disconnect the line from the valve to the spout. 3. Move the handle to the full on, mixed position. 4. Point the valve end of the line into the bucket/pot. 5. Shut off the handle after a few gallons. 6. Reconnect the spout line to the valve. Flush From Aerator 1. Turn off the water supplies. 2. Remove aerator 3. Move the handle to the full on and mixed position. 4. Turn on hot and cold water supplies 5. After about one minute, shut off the water at the handle. 6. Reinstall the aerator. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance.  Best Regards,  Nicole
