Nice handle not complete from
T11900
I bought T11900 in chrome I have to say I’m pretty upset that I had to buy a set screw to mount the handle this screw should be included I was charged $11.48 for a screw that I believe should have came with the product

How do I install this cap? Its not catching on anything and will fall out when we turn the handle. Thanks.
Thank you for your inquiry, Anne! The set screw cover button RP72561 should just push into place and stay, once the set screw is installed.

How do you remove the button that covers the set screw?
My plumber tightened the set screw and placed the button before the cement board and tile has been installed, I need to remove the Cassidy button,set screw, and handle; it only turns, is there a trick?

Thank you for your question. The button should pry straight out. To do this, you can insert a toothpick or similar object to the small hole at the bottom of the button. The set screw will take a 3/32" Allen wrench.
