What is the diameter of the inside whole?

On all the colors except the SS I see the holes on the top right and bottom left. I need a 7" Ecchutcheon 14 Multichoice cover in SS. We just purchased model # 144768-SS from Lowes and that cover is only 6". Can you help with this please?
