Hello Verta, Thank you for your inquiry! The escutcheon plate RP72711PN has a top hole size of about 1-3/4". This escutcheon plate can not be used with the Brizo Charlotte Lavatory faucet, due to the raised lip of the top hole. Best regards, Tanya
