Does NOT FIT/WORK!!!! Terrible!
Delta no longer makes this blue plastic aeration wrench/key, so both Delta & Amazon ship a different looking black plastic “thing” that does NOT FIT a Delta Compel faucet. Since it doesn’t fit, it doesn’t grab ahold of the aerator to undo/remove it from the facet for cleaning.

Cheap Product that does not do the job!
Installed this as part of Delta Galeon faucet in my new bathroom four months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Does not aerate! The stream shaping is very poor and lopsided causing lots of splash. I have examined it and IT IS NOT Dirty at all. Poor design and cheap part.

Terrible tools to replace stream shaper.
Hi, the delta faucet 761lf which uses stram shaper rp73003 is lovely to look at but it is a terrible faucet to work on. Like others I would give it a zero star ratting. but alas only one star. I have other Delta faucets and they are not as reliable as they had been in the past. I have three of the LF faucets and they are all experiencing the sane issue - bad screens and terrible directional flow. In the old days Delta replaced defective parts free of charge so I guess those days are done and perhaps so to am I with Delta.

Horrble Water Stream!!
Just had a Delta Galeon faucet installed that has this aerator. The aerator on this faucet is a cheap little piece of plastic that causes a very irregular water stream that splashes all over the sink and counter. It doesn's have a nice aerated stream of water like every other (non delta) faucet in my house. For $250 I was expecting much better than this. Now I have to go through the time and expense to have it removed so I can return it.

PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!! Deserves NO STARS!
I am about to return TWO lav faucets due to this tiny piece of garbage they want to call an aerator! $240+ faucet and a 2 cent piece of plastic just so it's a hidden trendy aerator!? Really? I haven't been able to get the "Tom Thumb" aerators to fit and now I'm searching for an adapter to go to a regular type. This does NOT have the proper filter part and the stream causes splattering all over. There is not a nice even stream of bubbles. What are you thinking Delta!!!!?

So difficult to line up and install.
Number one I have grown to hate Delta because of their products not being readily available to faucet parts suppliers. If you need their standard stem or shower cartridge it’s easy enough to get but if you have any of their designer models Delta refuses to cooperate with their faucet supply vendors. 3 different faucet supply stores told me to kick rocks because they said it is a pain in the butt for them to order anything special from delta and they all refused to help me get these parts. I’m a commercial plumber and don’t like having to make special accounts to order through delta myself. It’s much easier for me to go to a faucet parts supplier and have them order it. Get it together and quit being a pain to your vendors.

Delta is difficult from
It shouldn’t be so difficult to procure
All of the faucet suppliers in Dallas had nothing but horrible things to say about getting Delta materials. I did not like having to create an account to order a part that should be easily procured through a faucet supplier. It’s understandable that none of them would have this in stock. What irritates me is that they refuse to work with Delta for such a small order and all of them said that getting materials to Delta it’s just not worth it to them and they refused to help me. This was three different faucet suppliers in Dallas Texas. None of them had any relation to each other and all of them refuse to attempt to get this part for me so I had to create an account and get it sent to me through Delta directly which is just a pain in the butt for a professional contractor who typically relies on his vendors . Be better towards your vendors please to where they would be willing to order smaller orders from you guys.

I will try another question since your links that you reply back with will not accept email replies, bizarre. Can you tell me the diameter of the stream aerator since it much smaller that traditional faucets?
This "stream shaper" is extremely difficult to remove. Is it possible to replace it with an aerator (which has more "teeth", making removal and reinstallation easier)? Or can you tell me the diameter of the stream shaper?
I have the same problem. Is there anything I can use to replace the aerator?

Yes, why is such a simple part out of stock at most retailers. This is really a bad design for a very expensive faucet (561T-DST) I went to replace it and both the part and the tool are cheap plastic and both striped. Needed a new tool.

Will this fit the single handle lavatory center set & vessel faucet model 599-LPU-DST, 599-MPU-DST, 699-DST &799-DST Series Pivotal? The brochure indicates RP73003 but this model is not listed.
