The RP73375 handle is made for the 14 series shower unit, It should fit the diverter as well but it will be larger then the handles manufactured for our diverter units.

Hello! I have an older Delta shower diverter "Model 1300 & 1400". Will this handle work on it?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP73375RB TRINSIC® Metal Lever Handle Kit. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help!
Yes, this handle is included with Trinsic 14 series trim kits. A current 14 series trim kit will fit a pre-MultiChoice 1300 & 1400 cartridge.
