EXACTLY what I needed
After purchasing what I believed to be the correct faucet set, just for the handle piece, from Amazon and Home Depot, I finally just came to the Delta site to find what I was looking for. The only reason I didn't come to the site sooner was because I believed it would be more expensive, I found that I was wrong. In fact Delta sold the exact part I was looking for and it was cheaper than the set I purchased from Amazon and Home Depot. It was EXACTLY what i needed.

Is it possible to just buy the screw for this part?
I am missing the screw that holds the handle to the valve. Where can I get that missing screw without buying the whole RP74148?
Hi Ray, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the screws to the RP74148 handle assembly are not available as separate items. The screw that holds the adapter onto the stem is a #10-24, the set screw that holds the handle to the adapter is a metric M5 x .08.

is the handle adapter (with hex head) available by itself? (as used with a RP74148 handle). Does it have a p/n? Thanks.

how do I seperate the handle assembly to reinstall the 10-24 screw?

Thank you for your question. To access the adapter screw, simply loosen the set screw on the side of the handle using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench then slide off the handle.

Thank you for your question. This handle will fit on a 1400 series cartridge, but will not turn off at the correct (3 o'clock) position. It is only designed to work with our B11 series tub/showers.
