Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXACTLY what I needed After purchasing what I believed to be the correct faucet set, just for the handle piece, from Amazon and Home Depot, I finally just came to the Delta site to find what I was looking for. The only reason I didn't come to the site sooner was because I believed it would be more expensive, I found that I was wrong. In fact Delta sold the exact part I was looking for and it was cheaper than the set I purchased from Amazon and Home Depot. It was EXACTLY what i needed.

I have a 40 year old shower mixer valve that I can't find a replacement handle for. It is a small diamond shape and I have tracked it down to possibly a #212. Would a MODEL#: RP74148 fit this. I can't see the other end of the adaptor in the pictures.

I am looking for a lever handle to replace the ball handle on an older Delta shower valve in a house that was built in 2000. My 85 year old mother can not grab the old round nob. Is the RP74148 the correct handle for this application?
