Bad lift rod design
My contractor installed a faucet with this rod and the first time we used it the paint scraped off the rod down to metal. I have expensive brand new hardware that is destroyed. I see I am not the first customer this has happened to. Please let me know what your fix is for this.

Ridiculous
Idk how you ppl think that a curved rod is gonna lift up and down freely without scratching the finish off of it. Stupidest thing I've ever seen. And then of course it's almost impossible to get another. And if you do find one they want 40 bucks for the junk! Who ever designed this junk needs to b fired
