I have 567LF-MPU. 4 month old installed by builder. Water flow is really bad. Is this aerator issue? Is so how do I remove or install new  What part number

Asked by: Kbhanot
Hi KB Bhanot, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet Delta Aerator & Set Screw - Rectangular MODEL#: RP75408. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We recommend cleaning the flow restrictor located below the valve cartridge. This is where water debris is likely to become trapped. The aerator can be removed with needle-nose pliers. We recommend soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if you need anything else. Best Regards, Themar Digital Communications Specialist

How do you remove the aerator on the 567LF-SSMPU?  I have very low water flow and its brand new.

Hi RICHARD! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. To remove the aerator of the 567LF-SSMPU, you will need to use a pair of needlenose pliers. We recommend for any new installation to also make sure that the faucet has been flushed. This will ensure optimal pressure. Is there a video on how to use this replacement part and tools?

Asked by: Rectangle aerator help
Hello, Home Depot customer! Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! I apologize for this information not being available to you but I will be happy to help! Unfortunately, there is not a video for this Delta Faucet RP75408 Ara® Aerator & Set Screw - Rectangular. Models that used the RP75408 stream Straightener apply to units manufactured before 10/24/2016 and could be removed using the included J-shaped tool after removing the set screw. Current models use the RP90059 stream straightener which is not intended for removal but can be cleaned by soaking it using a cloth saturated with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Debris will typically get caught in the Flow restrictor first so this part rarely needs to be removed. Please contact us directly if further assistance is needed at this time.  We appreciate your loyalty to Delta Faucet Company. Best Regards, Tim
