Rated 1 out of 5 by from prepare to replace the sprayer I've had to replace the sprayer twice in the last six years. After about 2 years the rocker switch gets more difficult to push over time. We have soft water and no amount of maintenance or cleaning seems to help. It often takes two thumbs to push it down which is difficult for kids and people with smaller hands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flow eventually reduces to trickle I am so tired of replacing this. It works great until suddenly reduced water flow and absolutely nothing fixes it. This will be our third time replacing it, but trying to decide if we should get a different faucet instead. Love the touch feature, but not if all I get is a trickle. Didn’t save the receipt so figure warranty is useless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service for a good product Button gets increasingly harder to press. Need to use two thumbs to push it down now. Then two thumbs to push it back. Touch part of sink works great, but this head has been defective after about 6 months of use. Thankfully the customer service “concierge agent Alan” was able to get a new one sent out with no hassle whatsoever. Refreshing to see company’s standing behind their products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor product = Angry Wife Just over 3 months and the head is not working properly. It has extremely low water flow. I took everything apart like the directions stated and no luck. All water line were clean of debris. The Wife is not happy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design I am going to purchase a replacement spray head, but the design is terrible. The rocker switch is too narrow and the plunger mechanism is not robust and fails too easily. I disassembled the entire head and even after a though cleaning it still will not function properly. I will replace the entire faucet in another year or two and will never but another delta product again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average quality, didn't last long. Had to replace this because plastic threads wore out and cracked causing water to leak. For the price, Delta should have included the C-Clip and O-Ring which were also worn. I had to search and buy those seperately which was a hassle. If those parts were included I would have added one star. I would still recommend buying this head over replacing the entire faucet.

Spray button very hard to push. Is there a way to clean or lubricate?

Is the magnetic ring on this spray assembly? Or is it on the spout assembly? The magnetic ring that connects these parts has rusted away.

any clue how to remove the strainer basket inside this thing?  Mind is seriously clogged with mineral deposits and needs to be cleaned.  I see no obvious way to remove the strainer(s) from the assembly.

Where can I purchase a replacement aerator for this faucet? I cannot seem to locate one. The screen is failing on the one inside our spray head. The spray head no longer has a strong flow. Also, the button is getting increasingly hard to push.

I do not want to take it apart BEFORE I try to replace, but not sure what the number of my part is, or if it is exchangeable with other heads, It is a touch-faucet, the single toggle to switch from spray to stream has become VERY HARD to press.

Soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean the debris. Will this faucet head (RP80524AR) fit a Delta Emery faucet? I dislike the Delta Emery head because it has a split stream when in sprayer mode. This head has single circular stream and it looks like it would interchange with the Emery head.

This spray head would connect to the hose used by the faucet model 19805Z-SD-DST, but this Emery faucet model has not been sold with the arctic stainless finish. This faucet includes ShieldSpray to power off messes and the spray is split to make room for the ShieldSpray technology. RP64069 would be another spray head without ShieldSpray that would fit but the style would not be the same as the original spray head. Please contact us directly if you have any additional questions!
