Regarding pn RP82123, how do you remove the sprayer head from the hose assembly RP82123)? My water flow rate is very low and I've already removed and cleaned the Aerator (RP32529) and replaced the valve assembly (RP50587). Please advise.

I have a Valdosta 16957 SPSD-DST Kitchen Faucet. It has developed a leak at the junction between the hose and wand. Is the hose replaceable, or do I need to replace the wand/hose assembly? The faucet was purchased at Lowes on February 6, 2016.

Asked by: John Mc
Hello John Mc, I am sorry that you are experiencing a leak from the wand connection of your pull-out hose on your Delta Faucet Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser, model 16957-SPSD-DST; however, I am happy to assist you. Yes, the Delta Faucet Wand Assembly - Pull-Out, model RP82123SP, is available. We recommend flushing your unit first before replacing any parts as there can be debris trapped somewhere, which could cause this leak. Wand Assembly: Model RP82123SP – https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP82123SP.html To flush the unit, we recommend the following process — Let's start with the easy steps: Remove your aerator or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. Please disconnect the hose from underneath the sink. The wand on this model does not detach from the hose. To disconnect the hose, pull straight down after removing the blue clip. You may have to use a bit of force to remove the hose. If the flow is good, the piece you have removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Checking the supply lines for debris: Shut off the valves to both the hot and cold-water lines. Next, turn the faucet handle to the on position and allow it to bleed the lines of any excess water. Now, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. When the line is positioned securely into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
