Hello Dad1, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry this information was not readily available for our Pivotal® Valve Cartridge In Chrome MODEL#: RP91902, and I am happy to help you! The flow restrictor is located under the cartridge, please see the steps to find the restrictor and flush the unit. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need Phillip's screwdriver and start by popping the cap off the front of the handle. Then you would remove your handle with the screwdriver. Please pull the handle off of the cartridge, you will then find the cap and bonnet nut. Both the cap and bonnet nut would be unthreaded from the faucet. The next part you should see is the cartridge, please grab and pull it out. Then using needle nose pillars, grab the brass insert and pull it out. Under the insert is the flow restrictor and this is where the blockage would be located, once cleaned follow the directions in reverse for reinstall. This cartridge does not have a limit stop of temperature adjustment.
