Very disappointed - order not delivered yet
I would review the product if it actually arrived! So far nothing - I ordered it 8 days ago. With a 6-8 day shipping time, it should be here. I checked my order status - there is no shipping information. It just says order received. I need this ridiculously overpriced part. Now I have to just wait. Very frustrating to have this problem with what I thought was a reputable company. Very disappointed

Tiny lip
If you are mounting a touch faucet to a metal sink, there's a tiny little lip on this bracket that has to make its way between the metal shaft of the faucet and the sink to be able to insulate the shaft. Nothing in the instructions or install video mentions this but, when your expensive touch faucet doesn't work, you'll wish you knew.

I need the nut. Just the nut. No hardware store sells a 3/4" 24 thread nut. How do I get one?

What is the hex nut inner diameter, thread pitch, and thread count per inch? Is this a fine or coarse thread?
