Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tub Diverter spout I bought the diverter spout and found my plumber said it would not work and he purchased the correct one that would fit. I called Delta and asked policy and was told to email photos of the box and unit to show in perfect condition. I did. I called repeatedly for two weeks and checked emails for a response. I called yesterday and was told the email was sent the day prior and if you don't see it look in your spam. I did find it and asked what is the policy and the young lady had to share the verbiage which I said you don't need to do that I just need to know, at this point I was very annoyed, she put me on hold as she didn't like my annoyance and I was angry at this point not getting answers and I've been waiting over two weeks. I read the email and now I had to send a letter explaining why I was returning which I said over two weeks ago in my first call. I threw the unit away and will never utilize this company again. The CSR said add the packing slip, there was no packing slip...I had the original envelope, box and unit all in perfect condition. Customer Service is awful and transparency of this firm is awful

Is this compatible with cartridge RP19804? If not can you direct me to what is? The delta I bought at HD trim hole is too small to go over it and the handle wouldn’t connect either .

I have the Delta Monitor tub and shower faucet combination and after having it installed, and several attempts to address the issue by a plumber, the shower head continues to stream when you drop the plunger on the tub faucet spout. What can be done?

For such an expensive faucet list price I did not see spot shield. Is that not on here? That is a must for keeping satin nickel clean. Also can this have a pop up drink for the sink instead of a lever?

Is this kit actually a Delta brand? Will it fit my Delta rough in valve?

My view.Portman valve was installed to replace existing . Plumbing was not changed but the valve opens with hot water first, the install direc said it should be cold then become warmer as you open it further. How can I switch that water flow. ?

Hi, I have a Delta RP33794 brass adapter installed on the pipe and need to replace the spout and trim kit. Would this product fit or any other ones that will fit on the adapter and just screw on the adapter? Please help! I need this in brushed nickel

I purchased a Delta Classic Tub/Shower combo of which we put a plug for the tub. We wanted this type to replace the exact type of shower only we had. My concern is the on/off handle will only go straight up for hot. Is this normal? OurOther went further.

Will this product replace my current delta 1400 series? Shower/tub combo?

Dear Jenny750, Thank you for your question! I apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing and I am more than happy to help you! Since you currently have a 1400 series tub/shower combo, you can use any 13/1400 series trims. Please keep in mind if you have an older 1400, the cartridge included with the new 1400 trims are used with the new rough-in valve body. You do not need to worry about this if you are only changing the trim. If you need to replace the cartridge please refer to the information below. Ex: If you have a white top cartridge - you have RP19804 which is the older cartridge. If you have a gray top - you have the RP46074 which is the newer cartridge included with newer trims. I have a Delta about 7 in round shower faucet with round plastic knob in polish brass. It is about 25 years ago. The faucet works okay but have redone shower and want oil rubber bronze trim. Do you have trim in oil rubbed bronze that would fit.
