I'm installing Flynn single lever faucets in remodel in quartz countertop. Followed your instructions but the faucet wont tighten enough to keep it from rotating in countertop hole.

Hi Unhappy, Thank you for your question! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! A stone countertop can be slippery underneath and cause the mounting bracket to slip and thus the faucet to become loose. Fold a piece of plumbers cloth or emery cloth so that the grit is facing out on both sides. Loosen the mounting bracket and insert the cloth between the bracket and countertop. Working on a custom sink and needing to drill the hole; I see the recommended spacing between the backsplash, but what is the recommended diameter of the hole and what’s is the recommended spacing between the hole and the edge of the sink?

What cleanser is safe to use on the stainless steel finish?

We recommend cleaning this Delta Faucet model 15768LF-SS Flynn™ Single Handle Bathroom Faucet In Stainless with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and wiping it down with a dry soft cloth. The following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner Windex® Original Glass Cleaner Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used. What is the height of the flint faucet without the base plate? I only have 6 1/4 inches clearance from the sink to my medicine cabinet.
