The lever has a squeak when the water is turned on. How do I fix that?

I purchased 6 15768LF faucets for my new home and the single hole plastic gaskets all folded under the faucet base which tilts the faucet to one side when tightened. This is without the 3 hole escutcheon plate. Need new gaskets!

I am considering the Flynn, single handle faucet. Is there a base plate to accommodate predrilled, 8" widespread holes?
