One unit has strong hot water but very poor cold water flow. The other faucet is working fine (they share the same vanity top). I am planning to check the cartridge... but have been unable to remove the handle (which has no set screw). Instructions say to align the handle forward and pull straight up... but after applying significant force, I still can't get it to budge. I have concerns about this product.

Is there an extender item offered so the spout is not so far away from the sink. We are getting lots of splashing out over the sink. We have a under mount sink in vanities at a commercial property.

I am hoping to purchase model #15849LF-CZ for my upcoming bathroom remodel. However, every time I click "where to buy" it says that there isn't any inventory for that model. Do you know when it will be available for purchase?
