Is the chrome faucet spot shield?

If I don't want there to be any water pressure restriction, how can I adjust this? I like a strong pressure. Or do you recommend a different model that is accesible now as i am doing a bathroom at this moment. Thanks.

The Delta Faucet model 15899LF Pierce™ Single Handle Centerset Faucet In Chrome is manufactured to receive 1.2 GPM @ 60 PSI with the included aerator. The Delta Faucet part RP51345 Lahara® Aerator - Water-Efficient W/ Wrench - 1.5 GPM can be used in its place and receives 1.5 GPM at 60 PSI. is the body brass or zinc?  All your specs say is "metal"

The faucet is made of several materials which may include but are not limited to bronze, brass, zinc, stainless steel, copper, PEX-C, synthetic rubber, vinyl, nylon, and plastics.
