Next you will remove the horizontal rod from the hole in the strap. After that you will unthread the nut which will allow you to remove the horizontal rod, pivot seal and gasket. At this point you can pull up the stopper in the sink, clean it and remove any debris that may be causing the clog. You will then reinstall the parts in the reverse order. Hi Roboink, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that flushing the BROADMOOR® Two Handle Centerset Pull-Down Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 25765LF-PD could resolve this issue. To do this, shut off the water supplies, remove the aerator using the supplied wrench or coin and turn the faucet handles to the full on mixed position. Turn on the hot and cold water supplies and flush the water lines for one minute. This fushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts. Replace the aerator. I am so glad that you contacted us, so we can get this taken care of for you! Furthermore, I have included a link below to the parts diagram to show the parts available, however, we would also recommend flushing when there is a clog. Please see these steps below: Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 5 of the maintenance and installation sheet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/101031%20Rev%20F.pdf A. Rotate the handle base by about 45 degrees and pull up on the handle to remove. B. Once removed, slide the handle off the stem C. Remove the bonnet nut to reveal the cartridge/Stem D. Next remove the seats and springs, located in the valve. Next, place the towel behind the back of the handle, then put the bucket over the top of the towel covering the opening in the valve. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.
