Hi Pete, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Delta Faucet Two Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 25911LF does not have an adjustment option for the handle, we would recommend flushing the unit and making sure the hot and cold water supply is open equally. Please see the step-by-step instructions on flushing below. Page 5 will show you how to remove the handles, please see the installation sheet below for assistance. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/102301%20Rev%20C.pdf Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. Remove handles by turning the handle base counterclockwise, next you will now see a bonnet nut, please remove it with your wrench. Please take note of how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out and If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. Next, place the towel behind the back of the faucet, then put the bucket over the top of the towel. Have someone turn the cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. Lastly, remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.
