Poor design
I love the look of this product and bought them for all the sinks and showers when I built my house. Since moving in I had nothing but issues with the sink faucet (handles don’t lock into place as the should so instead of a straight line in the off position the handle has a gap and sits at an angle) as well as one of the shower heads (different sprayer options doesn’t work). This is so disappointing cause I have not had issues with delta products bought in the past.

Great looking contemporary style used to replace previous faucet.
Love the look. Had a bit of trouble with the install keeping the base of the cold water from moving. We think it has been resolved.

I bought an this entire collection and two sets of them, the handles spin and the plastic parts won't last, want my money back

Should be recalled
I’m having the same problem. Bezel just keeps spinning from the junk plastic parts. With so many people complaining over the same problem, there should be a recall. This problem started several months ago for me.

Installation Issue
My plumber was tasked with installing two of these in the master bathroom and was unable to successfully install the handle valves. All 4 of them he confirmed would be loose in the coming months through normal use and did not trust the plastic mechanical fastener.

The handle bezel attaches to a plastic attachment part, cheap crap. Looks like other reviews have had the same issue. Mine never locked into place, just spun around. I glued mine in place, to much wasted time on this project. Buyer beware on this product line.

I’ve been attempting to install the handles of the 3599lf-ksmpu for a clients master bath and they are a nightmare. The plastic latching mechanisms never fully caught and now the handles plastic threads are stripped. Surely this is a pooor design issue

I am interested in the Pivotal collection and am wondering how high the handles are on the bathroom widespread faucet. They look very small and I don't want to have my hands caught trying to clean.

Why do you require 2.5” clearance to backsplash? Is this from the back of the faucet, or the hole?

Have 2 too-hgh single-hole lav faucets just installed. They are in the way of mirrored medicines/can't open the doors! I need to replace. Pivotal is under 6-inches (my limit) and seems to be perfect. Anything I'm missing before I order 2?
