Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adjustable! Overall it wasn’t too difficult to install. I love that it adjustable height wise. My roommate is over 6’ and I’m 5’6”. He can now enjoy having something set higher for his showers, and I can slide it down for mine. Easy! Good water pressure and multiple settings make shower time a bit more enjoyable. Especially when I’m just sore and need a water massage. Works well for that. The hose is nice and long so you can easily rinse the hard to reach places. Comfortable to hold. Also works great when giving the dogs their baths. Very easy to clean, and definitely gives a nice modern touch to my old bathroom.

It's ultra sleek and installation was a breeze even for a novice diy-er. It has multiple shower modes and my most loved setting is the massaging spray. After a long day's work, I so look forward to the massaging spray bath. I am also happy that it conserves water and still gets the job done and gives me the effect of taking bath in a ton of water. The rubber nozzle helps in easy cleanup of grime buildup over time- no scrubbing needed. And lastly the extra long water hose is an awesome feature that is a little hard to find elsewhere. I am ultra satisfied with this product and I will highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Showerhead! I love the sliding bar for the showerhead. We have people of all sizes in our house, and the sliding bad makes it so anyone can use the shower comfortably. The showerhead is lightweight and has good water pressure. The showerhead and hose are also durable and built well. One of my favorite features is that the showerhead is easy to clean! Cleaning the showerhead is usually a problem for me. However, with this one, it's a breeze! I can see this showerhead lasting me a lifetime. Overall, this is a great showerhead, and you can't go wrong with it!

It is easy to change modes with a push button. It is light weight and easy to grip. Installation was a snap too. I highly recommend it.

We had a plumber friend install this for us and he said it was super simple. I love the multiple settings for water pressure and how easy it is to clean! The small holes have rubber around them so water buildup is easy to wipe away. This attachment can also be moved around easily with the slide bar and the fact that the nozzle is attached to a long hose. It looks sleek and makes my bathroom look so much more modern. Overall, I would definitely recommend this! I can't wait to get another for my other bathroom!

I love the fact that it slides up and down with ease so it works great for the tall people in my house and also when I bath the dogs. The massage setting is my favorite after a long day at work it's just enough pressure to hit the tight muscles in your back. Definitely going to purchase a 2nd one once my other bathroom is complete.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great, but lousy pressure The handheld unit is mounted on a square rod which gives you the option to slide the unit up and down but you can't turn it side to side. The only way to adjust direction is to turn the shower head to the side, its fine but it is limited in the angles you can use the unit. The other down side is the water pressure, which is fine in the H2Okinetic setting but quite lame in the other settings.

I'm trying to use this hand shower in conjunction with your Ara 17 series shower trim (T17267). Would this require two of your multichoice universal valves? Or will one suffice. If so, which one/ones for copper tubing connection.

Hi, Sam4! Thank you for your question. If you're using two shower components like a shower head and a hand shower, we recommend to use a diverter rough, R11000 in conjuction with the Multichoice Rough Valve body, R10000. The matching diverter trim kit is T11867. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does this unit need anything additional for valves? I'm looking at using this handheld with a fixed mount shower head and the stryke 14 series diverter trim(with the r22000 diverter rough in valve

On 51140, what material are the mounting brackets? Will these rust?

I would like to use this slide bar hand shower as my primary shower - no extra shower head. Will this model work for that purpose? Want to be able to keep showerhead mounted when showering. Can I angle it down enough? Would model 51552-SS be better angle?

I had seen a comment made, just need clarification. Since this model# 51140-BL is mounted on a &quot;square&quot; slide bar the unit cannot swivel left to right, correct? Only angles up &amp; down and sprays straight ahead on the bar?

Hi Chip, Thank you for your question on the Delta H2Okinetic&reg; 5-Setting Slide Bar Hand Shower 51140-CZ model. The slide mount of this unit is designed to move up and down on the slide bar, it is not designed to rotate (right and left) on the bar. The hand shower while in the mount does slightly tilt back and forth. Best regards, Tanya

What's the spray pattern like?

How wide is the spray pattern? Is it about the width of the shower head, or does it spray outwards for a larger area? Having consistent pictures would definitely help! THanks!
