They are very fragile, and the cold water broke and flooded the interior of my new vanity shortly after installation. This is too bad since I also purchased the whole Saylor set for my remodel and everything was already installed. Now the vanity faucet doesn't match the rest of the bathroom, but no more flooding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! Very happy with my Delta single handle faucet. Extremely easy to install and comes with a matching stopper assemble making the whole faucet replacement process a snap. The dark finish is excellent. The single handle is nice for turning water on and off with only one hand. With Delta's warranty and the Diamond Seal technology, I expect to be happy with this faucet for many years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems to be pretty decent This faucet is a great looking faucet. It was easy to install with the long plastic nut assembly. It also comes with a little tool so you can get the right torque on the nut. So much easier in tight spaces than just using a regular hex nut. The finish seems like it will hold up, but time will tell. The drain has the same finish as the faucet. I just hope it doesn't peel off over time like other brands we have used in the past. One thing that is wonky about this faucet is the valve. The valve travel is quite short, only about 3/4". Being used to longer travels, we tend to give it more force when bumping it on which may damage the valve over time. I know it's guaranteed for life but I'd rather not have to deal with that. It also makes it a bit harder to get slow flow if you want. Over all, seems like a decent quality faucet.

Everything you need to put this faucet on is included in the box which makes it even better. No having to run out to buy anything! You can't go wrong with a Delta Faucet. I don't think so at least.

Is there any part that can be purchased to make this a vessel faucet? We have the Saylor trim in our shower and now need a matching vessel faucet

Does the Saylor single hole bathroom sink faucet need a key to clean out the aerator?

Is the drain cover metal or plastic?

I see that the escutcheon is 6" long. How wide is it at it's widest point?

I am curious if the temperature color ring that is shown in the photos is removable.  I think that would take away from the look of the faucet.

The 536-SSMP-MPU-DST has an escutchion that shows to be 6" long. The sink I have has 3 holes where the outer holes are 4" from the centerline, making a 6" escutchion too short to cover the holes at an 8" spread. Is there a larger escutchion available?
