Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful form not so great functioning It says these are leak proof but ours leak all over the sink! Not sure if it’s bc the contractor put them too far back from the sink dish. What kind of sinks do you recommend so water drips from hands into sink from lever? I think the water is leaking from the one hole base. So sad because we upgraded to this single hole line to have less water and buildup on the sink but these aren’t functioning in that way! Instead we have water damage on the wall because of water leaking from the base! The contractor said these were new but looked used with water damage marks on them too! So not sure if it’s the product or the contractor being the problem! But these don’t have a strong flow or pressure! Even the shower head is awful and makes it so hard to wash my hair because there aren’t enough holes and pressure in their shower head line! I’d say don’t go with “this” upgrade and maybe find a different brand than delta!

What under mount sink do you recommend? How close to the wall can these faucets sit? We get a ton of water leaking from the base!

559HAR-CZ-DST champagne bronze: how do I clean this without removing the finish, but removing water spots and bateria? Thank you

Hi Dee S, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about, 559HAR-CZ-DST! Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. Is it possible to replace the aerator with another that actually aerates the water with bubbles (vs. the smooth flowing water that appears in all the photos/videos of Trinsic faucets)?

How do you control the water flow and temperature with the gear? The lever versions go out and in for flow and back and forth for temperature, but I don't see how these work.

Just installed this product. There is a crackling noise coming from the faucet when hot water is running. What is causing this. Also how do I remove the handle?

Hi Andy, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 559HAR-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! This faucet uses a push-on handle. It is attached with friction, pull it straight off to remove it. The issue is likely caused by water debris trapped in the faucet. Running the faucet with the aerator removed can help flush out trapped debris. The faucet can also be flushed by turning off the water supplies, removing the cartridge under the handle, using a bucket and towel to redirect water into the sink, and turning on the water supplies. This will shoot water out of the side of the faucet and clear any trapped debris. If the issue remains, the cartridge may need to be replaced.
