Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 57021 is a hand shower that can be used in place of your stationary showerhead or as an addition to your showerhead. You will need to purchase trim for your Delta Faucet model # R10000-UNBX to match your handshower. If you are using just the handshower, then purchase a valve only model. If you are using a showerhead along with the handshower, then your will need the R11000 diverter rough-in valve along with the matching trim to your showerhead to divert the water to your handheld shower.

If this does not work then a new hand shower could be purchased online or locally.
