Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor quality threading for screwing on shower head and hose. The water pressure is strong, which is good. Switching to the hand held Is convenient, as well as cycling through the various spray functions. I gave a rating of only 3 stars because I had trouble attaching the shower head and the hand held hose without a lot of leaking and I ended up stripping the plastic threads. I had to use a lot of plumbers tape in order to stop the connections from leaking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Magnet still not strong enough I bought 4 of these for our new construction. I had read the reviews about the head not staying in because the magnet is strong enough. I specifically asked the salesperson at the plumbing store about this and she assured me that had been fixed and was not the case for the new ones. She was wrong. My kids came and used them for the first time and the only way to get the handheld to stay in is to have the shower head so far upright the water sprays all over the shower door. I don’t want to pay for new ones given we just got these but I’m not going to keep something that doesn’t work correctly and is constantly falling out. Lesson learned…don’t trust sales people.

This shower head was installed by the contractor and was immediately a problem. The hand held unit fell out and could not be positioned back in holder unit. It hangs loose and is a failure.

Currently, the 58474 model will have a 1.75 GPM flow rate and the 58474-25 model will have a 2.5 GPM flow rate at 80 PSI. These will be available in a variety of finishes. Best regards, Jon

How do I get the pause setting

The pause setting can be found at the hand shower button on the hand shower part of the Delta 58474-PN25 H2Okinetic&reg; In2ition&reg; 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower. Press the button to change settings, one setting will be the pause setting. The other four settings will be H2Okinetic &reg; Spray,Full Body Spray,Massaging Spray, and Shampoo Rinsing Spray. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Is there a smaller hose that can be used for this shower head, 60-82&quot; is way too long, or something used to clamp it down, it sticks out way too far .
