Rated 4 out of 5 by from Have enjoyed until now - hand held is not spraying We have had the 58480-PR-PK for about a year. My wife really likes and used the hand held. Yesterday the hand held was working/spraying together with both in place. Turned it off after shower. Turned it on the next morning and the hand held just was no longer spraying while the other seemed fine. Took the hand held off and the water is coming out just fine so the problem seems to be the hand held sprayer itself. How do we get that fixed or replaced? Whether I would recommend this product depends on how this is handled. Thank you.

It is very fancy and easy to operate. I highly recommend easy to install as well. Really updates all showers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent showering experience Don’t get stuck half freezing under a narrow stream of water. The Delta in2ition has a large shower head along with a handheld. A handheld-shower-head within a showerhead. Done with showers only producing enough water to cover part of my body. Leaving half of you to the winter's fridge air. This Delta comes with a wide array of shower patterns. It's easy to install, long shower cord, & has a shut-off button on the handheld.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing This detachable shower head is by far my familys favorite addition to our shower. Having younger children who enjoy showers they was always leaving soap on their skin making them itchy. With this shower head it is detachable so it hits them directly and not from far off. It was extremely easy to install and was done in literally less than 10 minutes.It has multiple settings for hard flow water to softer. You can also only flip a switch that makes it to where your only using the outer ring of the shower. Its very durable as our children beat it against the wall every day and its still holding on strong. The detachable part is magnetic so it sucks back only the shower head so you can use it hands free as well. It has a long hose so you can also be sitting in the tub and use the shower because it puts out better pressure and my wife prefers baths but showers to wash her hair.

I have Delta shower head 58480- BL 25 PK installed a bit over a year. The shower head continues to leak for 24+ hours after use This was happening about 6 months ago and then stopped. What setting is needed to avoid the dripping?

is there a docking station i can purchase so the actual shower head can be lowered

Unfortunately, we do not offer a docking station for this Delta Faucet 58480-PR-PK H2Okinetic&reg; In2ition&reg; 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Lumicoat Chrome. The showerhead portion must attach to a shower arm. However, you can install a separate hand shower wall mount to rest the hand shower on. What's the difference between PK and PR models? &nbsp;Can the angle of the fixed shower head be adjusted?

where is shower restrictor in unit. is it the blue insert. Can it be removed for more flow

After pressing the low flow button, the button will not become unpressed, so I'm stuck with a trickle. Currently, the link to the Maintenance and Installation Sheet is broken, but I'm hoping this is a fixable problem.

When the hand held is taken down does water come out of both the hand held and the docking head that the hand held is docked onto? Our shower has only one handle which controls temp only, can this be changed

I have good pressure in the main head of my Model 38480 however the handheld unit has practically no pressure. I take the hand held off the hose and water comes out the hose very forcefully. I can't firgure out what do do.

Re 58480-ok Is the a rebuild kit for this shower head. &nbsp;We have two others in the house but our main bath unit has significantly less water output. &nbsp;I have removed screen and cleaned off minerals. &nbsp; Is there other areas that can be removed and cleaned?

Debris can cause low flow, we would recommend soaking the shower head in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for 10-15 minutes to help loosen and flush the blockage out.
