Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can not adjust tilt of shower head I just purchased Shower Head 58480-PK ( Champagne Bronze finish). Online descriptions and the product's package states that metal connector that screws on to shower arm is adjustable (can be tilted). The metal connector has a 'ball joint' that should provide for adjusting shower head. I can not move the 'ball joint';' it is extremely tight. How do you adjust the tilt of shower head ?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a review but a fix for low pressure output from Delta shower heads I have installed this shower head and other Delta shower heads. There is an easy universal fix to increase the flow, Remove the plastic water restricter at the inlet end of the shower head. This will allow full pressure to flow through the shower head.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice unit but dusappointung on the water pressure. We’re not happy with the shower head. It’s significantly cut down the water pressure. I’m seriously thinking of removing it. The contractors plumber installed the shower pieces and when we finally got to use it we were very disappointed. I’m out of the country right now but plan on calling you when I return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced, high failure rate Installed 4 of these in the new house, and within 2 months one of the connectors was already leaking. The pressure with the water saver flow regulator doesn't allow you to use both heads simultaneously, and even limiting it to 1 the pressure it low. In less than 4 years 2 of the units have failed and the connectors are cracked and they don't sell replacements. I haven already completely replaced one of the entire shower heads. Such a shame for the price they charge. Save your money and buy another brand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shower spray could be better. The handheld portion of shower head works fine. The outer spray has smaller nozzles and water tend to spray and mist everywhere. I only use the hand held water flow now. The diverted from full to partial spray is easy to use.

When you want the water to come out of ONLY the hand-shower, or ONLY the outer ring, water dribbles out of the other one. I returned it. It just felt junky, and I felt it would only deteriorate further.

How do you remove the flow reducer on 58480-RB-PK shower head?

I installed the 58480PK and it leaks droplets at the shower arm shower head connection. Any suggestions?&nbsp; I&rsquo;ve removed and reinstalled the shower head three times.&nbsp;

Material of the hose

Is the hose plastic or metal? For the 58480 and also the 58569-thanks!

Water doesn't come out of the handheld part only the mounted part. What are we doing wrong?

Dear Malinda, Thank you for your question. The Delta In2ition 5-Setting Shower Head 58480-PK has a knob on the right side of the mounted/fixed shower head, that diverts the water to the shower head only, hand shower only or both units at the same time. We would advise turning the knob, while water is running to set the function for both shower head and hand shower option. I bought and installed a Delta IN2ITION shower head. When I try changing the shower spray type there are only 4 positions on the type lever that have a solid click feel. Where is the 5 position.

Hello David, Thank you for your question. The fifth setting/feature of the Delta H2Okinetic In2ition Shower Head 58480-PK is the &quot;Pause&quot; button on the front of the handheld.
