Water won't come through handheld
Really love the product but after less than a year of use, the water will no longer come out of the hand held portion. I checked to make sure there was no blockage but still nothing comes through. Is there a repair part for this?

adjuster knob on the handheld broke off
Like all others that posted that the adjuster knob on the handheld broke off, so did mine.
I've only had it for over 1 year.
I don't see any answers about replacement parts, only that an e-mail was sent to each person.
Please let me know how and where to get this fixed.

Great product but I'm on my second handle
We love Delta products however, twice the lever on the handheld wand, used to change modes has gotten stiff, harder to move, and then eventually broke off. We have soft water and no scaling so I can't imagine it's an issue with the water. Looking at the other comments I'm not the only one with this problem. I really don't like spending $300 every time it breaks. For the price of this high-end shower-head I would think they could make this part out of metal.

Nice features!
I bought this to be the shower head for the Delta Porter set. I had 10x pressure before installation, so I have to figure out how to fix that... There are 5 different settings and changing to each one is simple. The pressure is not enough for the massage setting... Also, the hose is still stiff after 2 weeks of use, but continues to get more pliable using it. It may never be the slinky hose that I am use to... I give it 3 stars because of pressure and the stiff hose... This was a new jet tub/shower walls and fixtures job. Complete bath area... haven't trimmed it out yet.

Less than 2 years old and broken/leaks???
Our new two in one bronze shower head is less than 2 years old and has been leaking for months. Removed hose above and put on plumbers tape and it's still leaking. Searching YouTube and it looks like it is probably a cartridge seal failure. How can that be so soon?

Customer service is great. Had an original In2ition shower head and the control knob broke. You sent a replacement in 2 days. Everything looks great. Only problem is the new shower head has much less pressure than our old one. Any suggestions.

Handheld constantly falls out, and no water pressure when using both the shower heads....
I've had this item for only a few days now, and the handheld shower head will not stay in the middle ring. Bump it, change the water settings, breath and it falls out.
Also, when using the larger shower head and the handheld at the same time, the water pressure comes to a dripping halt. It's fine when using one or the other, but not together. I understand having to divert water from one to two will cause a change, but it's very drastic.
Already looking for a replacement after 3 days and definitely would not recommend to consumers.

Setting adjuster broke
Have had this less that two years and it worked wonderful and I loved the setting up until that adjuster on the hand held part broke. Now I can’t change the settings back. Can’t figure out if I can buy just buy that shower handle part separately with out having to get the entire set up. Very disappointed

Replaced twice!
Delta is warranty-replacing this shower for the second time. They said they only had to replace it ONCE, but their warranty does not contain this limit. Each one failed at approximately 3 years. I won't buy Delta again.

We have had this for a few months and loved it at first. I loved the pause button for when I had to wash the dogs in the tub, well now it is stuck on pause and want part won't work at all so I can't even use it. Very upset by this product.

Not durable
Got this as a gift. One plastic part broke a couple of months after I'd been using it and the diverter lever on handheld broke a few days ago. This thing does not last. Now I know only heavier metal shower heads last as I'd never had this problem before.

Some parts should be metal for more durability
I understand that plastic saves everyone and make products affordable, however the part that broke was the diverter lever on the hand held. I don't understand how it was cheaper to send me a whole new replacement than it would be to engineer a few more durable parts.

Received this unit in replacement of one I purchased couple of years ago. Unit was working great and as described but for some reason had a part start leaving and noticed it was cracked. Called Delta and no issues no questions asked had it replaced. If that is not great customer service I don't know what is. Great product!!

I have this product in stainless steel. There are two plastic pieces that hold the handheld part in place inside the larger head. One of those pieces are missing, so the handheld shower head won't stay connected to the larger head. How do I replace?

the mode selector on my shower head kept getting harder and harder to move. It finally broke today. In reading reviews it seems to be a common problem. how can i fix it. the product was purchased sometime in December 2018 as part of a remodeling.

Besides minor difference in spray hole pattern, what is the difference in this model and the much less expensive models sold at big box stores?
Thank you for your question, Lori! Our In2ition shower heads can differ widely in appearance and spray settings. This model has a 60-82" stretchable metal hose and has metal components at the shower arm connection. Other models may or may not have different hoses or a non-metallic threaded connection.

how to keep the removable shower head in place securely it seems to fall out easily when touched? Also how to soften the hose , its very stiff?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your shower head and hose. Some of our hoses can be stiff out of the packaging, but do loosen up over time. You can help speed up that process by running hot water through the hose and flexing it to help loosen the material.
