Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design The setscrew/right mounting bracket were not turning freely, not sure if it was the "chrome" finish gumming the threads or poorly tapped. Since the setscrew did not turn properly, the head rounded and stripped. I could never tighten properly, so the bracket is loose. Since the set screw is stripped I am sure it will be very difficult to remove.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Diameter too small and bar too short This towel bar is of pretty good quality and looks very good (4 stars). I installed this to the exact layout of the template. Like another reviewer said, the diameter of the bar is too small. Combine that with the fact that (in my case) the length of the bar is also too short (which results in around 1/4" to 1/2" of lateral play), and it spins freely. That's not acceptable to me, and I'll need to try to figure out how to fix it (maybe wrap the ends in adhesive tape). Also, don't even think about using the included wall anchors for a drywall installation. They are far too flimsy. (2 stars for all this).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from sliding bar I bought 2 of these towel bars and the bar is too small in diameter for the end pieces. Thus, when you hang anything on it, the bar spins and the towel falls off. Also, the set screws are so tiny they are very difficult to tighten. I fixed the spinning problem by stuffing a cork in each end of the bar and putting a small piece of double-sided tape on each end piece.

My bathroom is western/rustic themed and looks great without being over the top. Only complaint is installation. These replaced Delta hardware that was 8 years old and installed completely different. Very tiny allen wrench to tighten and two of them would not tighten all the way. Took me over an hour to fix them.

Could the Lahara towel bar be mounted in the shower area.

It would be located about 50 inches from the shower head on the opposite wall, it will not be hit with direct water from the shower head. How will the Lahara towel bar hold up, it is the brilliant stainless finished.

Dear Sherri, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Lahara 24" Towel Bar 73824 can be installed in a shower stall, however we do not recommend it. If installed in the shower stall, you would want to dry it off after every shower use, to protect the finish. Best regards, Tanya

What toilet tank lever goes with the Lahara stainless collection?

I'm in the middle of a bathroom gut and remodel and chose the Lahara collection, but haven't seen a Lahara toilet tank lever.

I need a bar about 22 inches long. Can the bar be cut (as with a hacksaw) and remain compatible with the mounting system?

can the lahara grab bar be used as an ADA travel bar for a hand shower

What is the difference between the Lahara 73824 and the 73824-SS towel rack?
