Impossible to Line Up Correctly
This holder is heavy and solidly made. The champagne bronze finish is nice. We bought a house with this whole line of hardware installed in four baths, and all the other pieces are holding up well. The down side of this tissue holder is that it's next to impossible to get aligned when installing. It's nice in that you don't have to deal with a spring-loaded roll holder when replacing tissue, but the lever lifting up the way it does means getting it aligned to fit together well is difficult. If you change the tension on the hex screw connecting the holder to the rods (which you have to do in order for the lever to be loose enough to replace tissue rolls), the alignment changes. If you change the position of the rods, the alignment changes. On all the holders in our house, because of this issue the right side where the holder lever sits on the rod doesn't align and fit together flush, kind of ruining the sleek look. I would have loved to have replaced them all with the Trinsic line, but Delta only makes that tissue holder facing one direction. Delta, you can do better with these tissue holders!

Looks great, but very hard to get toilet paper roll on/off!
We got these to match the rest of our bathroom fixtures, but are going to have to replace them because it is extremely hard to get the toilet paper roll on/off. (We've tried two different brands.) You would think they would've tested that, since it's an important part of the functionality. We're worried that over time, we'll start pulling it out of the wall if we don't replace it. It's that difficult. They should've made just the middle horizontal piece swing up, not the knob on the side. Disappointing for the price since we don't think we can return them now.

Champagne Bronze Lahara Pivoting Tissue Holder
I purchased the Delta Lahara collection for my daughter's bathroom remodel. I am happy with the tissue holder. The color is beautiful and matches everything else. I love the idea of no springs on this tissue holder. Just pull up on the side and ready! Overall, I give it 5*. As you can see from the picture, we have a shortage on toilet paper during COVID-19, but who cares, the holder is beautiful! ;p

Needed template to install correctly
This is a very nice tissue holder. It was very difficult to install because the template was not included in the package. There was a template for both sizes of towel bars and the tissue holder included with one of the towel bars but we didn't save it because we assumed it would also be included with the tissue holder as well. Therefore when my husband installed the tissue holder without the template it was very very slightly off and therefore isn't perfect but it still works.

Tricky Install
A warning for installers: There is essentially zero tolerance in the spacing between the two end brackets. A 1/16" discrepancy is enough to prevent to pivot arm from seating properly, and there is no provision for adjustment. Be very very careful, or perhaps consider a better-designed fixture.

Came without assembly hardware
Bought this product a month ago because I liked the design. I still like the design, however, today when my contractor went to install it in my newly remodeled bathroom, there was no installation hardware included in the box. Fortunately, the manufacturer's customer service was great, and the hardware will be sent to us, but will delay installation up to two more weeks. Bummer!

Not as nice looking in person

Like the tilt arm
There are 2 versions of this item. I prefer the one that has the tilt arm rather than the traditional spring loaded rod for holding the roll of toilet paper. It looks good and holds the large rolls far enough from the wall.

Disappointed After an 8 Month Test Run
My wife and I purchased these for a new house built slightly less than a year ago. Since installing the product in all our bathrooms, rolls for 2 of the 3 have come loose. While we simply tightened one to make it more snug, the other one has defective hardware that doesn't allow us to retighten these to the wall. Furthermore, the receptor the swings up is wider or as wide as the average toilet paper roll, often causing the paper to slide off the roll.
The product sure looks nice, but functionality is sorely lacking. We're disappointed with this product.

Unusable Holder
We purchased this thinking it was a twin to one purchased a year ago. It is not. Someone in the design department apparently thought it would be a neat twist on the normal holder to make this one lift up on one side for the rolls to be changed. This means you have to try to fit the roll over the round knot on the end of the spindle that holds the roll. After trying to fit a replacement roll (don't know how the person who put the first one on did it!), I finally managed after jamming it on one way, taking what little I had managed to get on off, turning the roll around and jamming it on the other end a few times. However, after only having two rolls on this holder, we noticed that the wall was being pulled out where the stationary knot was fastened, so took the whole thing off, will have to repair and repaint the wall and get a new holder.

Flimsy Bar
We bought these to match existing faucets. They look OK but the bar that holds the toilet paper roll is kind of flimsy. It is open in the back. It is not a completely round bar. It is hollowed out.

Looks great
Bought these for my master and half bath and love them! I'm still getting used to how to change the toilet roll since I've never had one like this where it lifts up, but other than that it was easy to install (includes a template to help you drill pilot holes) and is very sturdy.

Has the pivoting arm design changed in recent years? Does just the bar that holds the paper flip up, or does the knob on the end come with it. In other words, are you slipping the paper roll over the thin bar or over the knob at the end of the bar?

One of the reviewers stated that a roll of toilet paper would not fit on the pivoting arm. What is the diameter of the end of the arm?
Just had installer put this in. Can't find a diagram or instructions on how to use this thing. Arm does pivot, but toiler paper roll diameter does not easily fit over end of pivot arm. Extremely disappointed with this product. Not useable.

What is the size of the set screw that holds the tissue holder to the wall flange. I purchase three of these and each one is missing one of the set screws.

Does the arm pivot up without the end post coming up? That's not evident in the online photo.
I have the other Lahara bath and light fixtures and love them. I need to see a picture of the arm up to make sure paper will slide onto arm.

Size of pivoting arm?
In one of the reviews it was mentioned that a toilet paper roll doesn't fit over the end of the pivoting arm. Is this true or will a standard toilet paper roll slide over the end of the arm just fine? I don't know why a toilet paper holder would be made so that it is not convenient to change the toilet paper roll. Want to make sure before I purchase this item... Thanks!
