Matches my other champagne bronze fixtures
Like a few other reviewers, I feel this towel bar has a skimpy look to it compared to the other fixtures in the Delta Dryden line. Nevertheless it still looks nice and does the job of holding up towels.

Bar None -- Rack doesn't stay on wall
It looks nice, EXCEPTon either end where the end (wall holder) pieces are never level. The bar is never tight in these holders. In fact, one of them is pulling away from the wall now, taking the paint and first layer of sheetrock with it. And this towel bar was installed by a professional. It's simply a poor installation design. It gives too much, too much flex. I should've stuck with the towel holders that were original to my house -- they don't move and they are 19 years old.

Pretty but lightweight

While this product is a nice match for the dryen faucets I purchased, it needs to be 'heftier' in its design. It does not appear to be cheaply made, but looks 'fragile' compared to the rest of the matching line I bought.

Nice from a distance.
These towel bars have a nice profile from the top, front, and sides...but only if you are looking from quite a distance. The center bar is flush against the end brackets rather than the usual trick of tucking the bar inside the brackets that most towel bars use. This enhances the unusual profile, but also creates an annoying problem: the bar isn't a perfect fit dimensionally, and there is inevitably a bit of a gap as well. The gap is minimized if you mount the brackets perfectly, but even then, if you're a perfectionist, you're not going to be thrilled with this rod. Also, when looking up at the bottom of the towel bar, the holes for the screws are obvious and thus quite unattractive---a necessary evil, but I prefer something more subtle.
All this being said, I am using the bars because they look nice with my light fixture and I do like the flawless chrome finish. Besides, it's difficult to find this shallow a profile on decorative towel bars---they aren't intrusive in a small space.

Can the rod be cut shorter?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 75124 towel bar can be cut shorter, however, modifying the product can result in voiding any warranty the towel bar may have.

Can you mount this on a glass shower wall?
I would like to have our towel bars on our shower door/wall versus on the drywall.

Has this been a design update to this towel bar?
I recently purchased the 24" Dryden chrome towel bar on Amazon; the model # was 128884. Has Delta issued a updated version - under model # 75124? I returned the Amazon purchase as the square bar attached to the end caps via round pegs; this flawed design caused the bar to spin/pivot. I purchased the entire Dryden suite for my bath remodel, and hope to find a towel bar that mirrors the quality of the other Dryden fixtures. My Dryden double towel bar (model 75125) has square pegs in the end caps and doesn't have the above problem.
Hi CarolinaOnMyMind, Thank you for your question. There has not been a design change on the model 75124 towel bar. The mounts that the square bar go over are rounded. This model is not engineered the same as the model 75125 double towel bar.

The Dryden towel bars in our new home rotate/pivot. I have never had a towel bar do this. Is the correct or did our builder not know what they were doing!!

I have Dryden fixtures, Want to lengthen towel bar. can I order 24” bar only? Currently have 18”. Stainless I think. Slightly brushed on surface.
