My Delta Dryden pivoting toilet paper holder #75150 did not come with a mounting template.  Can I print one?

Can this holder be installed with a left or right pivot? We can only seem to install it as a right to left opening.The instructions are not clear. When I try to maneuver it by spinning the arm the lever appears to be upside down with the opening facing up

What kind of head is on the screw that attaches the product to the bracket?

The Delta Faucet model 75150-SS Tissue Holder In Stainless design calls specifically for a right to left opening for the pivoting arm. Unfortunately there are no videos available on how to pivot it.
