Has so many different settings and the water pressure is great with this even when changing settings. Cleaning is easy with just a quick spray down and wipe off. Highly recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No go for me The shower head was quick and easy to install. The water pressure is not great and seems to shoot out wherever it wants regardless of which setting it is on. I do like that you can adjust which part of the shower head to use but the adjustment lever is so high up that I can't reach without standing on the edge of the tub. The shower head itself is also only made out of plastic so it feels cheap. This one is definitely a no go for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great I did have this hooked up so I do know it works good I just wanna change my shower hose before applying again so it’s in a little instead of sticking out so much. But this product looks good and works great! I love that it has multiple settings I normally use the hardest setting cause that’s what I’m use to. I love the look and it worked great I would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to spruce up your shower. Water pressure was good it was easy to hook up and cleaning would be super easy. I love the look and how it works.

Ive bought this showerhead in April 2023. the head fell out during shower. I've tried to re-connect it but the threaded damaged. I've checked in two hardware stores and they didn't have a similar part. since the head is in good condition kindly send new

The 4-Setting In2ition Model#: 75486CSN does have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. I to purchase a Ball Assembly for this shower device. It is plastic, about 3 years old. The part connects the outlet angle piece to the shower head...the assembly is about 4-5 pieces....I don't see a part number anywhere...happy to purchase

Is there a longer hose available?

how do I change the Heat restrictor

Hello Bob27, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the inconveniences you are experiencing and will be happy to help you. The temperature can be adjusted on the Delta cartridge by rotating the knob on the front of the volume handle. The Rotational Limit Stop can be adjusted to set the maximum temperature. To do this, remove the temperature knob cover by prying it by hand at the tip. This should pop it off of the gray knob, allowing you to remove the Phillips head screw. I just bought two of these 4 setting In2ition units and they both dribble a lot in the pause setting on the hand held portion. Is that supposed to happen? Unlikely that both would malfunction tha way, equally unlikely that you would design it to dribble.

This is a product feature that reduces water to a trickle, giving you space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks while maintaining your temperature settings.
