Went to install it and realized it has a pause water feature!. Needless to say, the shower head is now in my bathroom and she got my old one. Lol. No tools required to install it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features! This shower head is amazing! It's so sleek and versatile. It comes in many different functions to give you the best shower experience necessary. It is especially great for people who have limited physical disabilities since the shower head comes off into a spray for the entire body to reach all of those hard to reach areas. It is also very easy to install which is a huge plus. I love the massager mode which really relaxes me before bed every night. I truly believe that everyone can benefit highly from using thos shower head! 5 stars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install At first I was ready to write a not so good review. But After playing with the shower head was more so user error. When I installed it everything went perfect then when I turned the water on the show wand was not getting any pressure so it looked. So disassembled everything did it again so shower wand looked like it had no pressure. And I pressed the button on the shower wand still nothing. Frustrated was read to put back in box. Then I pressed the wand button harder and it changed so all that to say easy to install and works great. The no pressure setting was confusing because who uses that.

I love the gentle rainfall setting on the static portion of the showerhead, and the ability to toggle through settings on the handheld. Very luxurious and looks great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Weak I was so excited to try this delta 4 setting shower head. It was really easy and quick to install. I really liked that you could use both the showerhead and manual sprayer at the same time. However, if you use both at the same time, the water pressure is really weak. You have to choose one or the other for it to have a strong flow. The settings were very limited and I kept switching modes too much during my shower. It was actually annoying trying to find a setting that I liked. I think the showerhead is a good idea but design needs some fixing. If you dont really care about changing from hand held to regular mode then this one is for you. It was a struggle and I think I might go back to my old showerhead.

Is this shower trim ADA compliant or can it be adjusted to be ADA compliant?

Hello Frankie, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! Our Delta 75494SN-R is not ADA compliant, and there is no way to adjust it to be compliant. I have a Model #75494SN In2ition shower head that has started leaking through the ball connector swivel. Is just the ball connector swivel available for purchase?

I purchased a MODEL#: 75494SN-R shower head unit and the center button does not work what so ever?  What is the fix for this issue as it seems to be stuck on the lowest water pressure?

Hi DryNic! Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! I will be happy to help. I apologize for this issue you are experiencing however it is a simple fix. Sometimes the pause mode comes engaged from the factory. Simply apply some pressure when pressing the black button in the middle of the hand shower to disengage this mode. The button to switch settings on the handheld no longer works. I can depress the button all the way, but it does not switch settings. Is there any way to fix this?

I would like you to try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside. Please reach out with further questions! Can you shut the water off with this shower head?
