When I try to tighten the little screw, it feels like it is getting set, but then loosens and will not stay put. May just have to purchase a new one.

For products with the Champagne Bronze finish what cleaning products should I NOT use.

Hi JP, Thank you for your question! We recommend using a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for cleaning. Other cleaners can be used, however, please avoid using the following which can damage your finish: -Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. -Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. -Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes -Avoid bleach-based cleaners Read more: http://www.deltafaucet.com/customersupport/faq/cleaning+and+care/index.html#ixzz3cgZ1tojQ Thanks, Jon

Is the chrome a  brushed nickel finish?

Does the Linden towel ring come in a brushed nickel finish or did it use to? I'm trying to find one to match 2 others and they look to be brushed nickel.
