Called customer service and was told this movement is normal. Seriously? The arm moves so much the roll falls off. After less than 2 years I plan to replace.

It goes very well with the Kohler Devonshire faucet. It is great for a small bathroom since it doesn't protrude too much from the wall. The toilet paper stays on and the finish is nice. Will likely use in my upstairs bath.

I didn't really want two holes in the wall so thought this was a good option. It's easy to slip paper on and don't have to deal with those springs that pop onto the floor when changing the paper.

The towel hanger offered by Delta was a hoop and did not work for what I was looking for. This is a great product with a nice finish and well put together.

Easy to put a new roll onto. Very nice looking with the rest of the champagne fixtures we put in the bathroom. Delta did not cut corners to make this. So its professionally finished like the rest of the collection. I definitely recommend this to people who might be on the fence about this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from looks great, doesn't work so well I thought this would be a better look that the regular old fashioned TP holder for my newly remodeled master bath. It looks great, contemporary, but it is a pain to use! Every time I try to rip off some paper, the whole roll goes flying off the holder! The curve at the end isn't steep enough to hold the roll on. Maybe its just me tho....Looks nice, I'm leaving it, since it just my bathroom, but if it was in a guest or the main bathroom, I would replace it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bigger than expected I bought two of these, one in chrome and the other in bronze. They are much bigger than they look in the photo, so check the dimensions, but they are sturdy and functional. Also, the bronze color is a little funky, frequent problem with bronze.

Can this tissue holder be mounted vertically?

Dear Mimi, Thank you for your question. The Delta Cassidy Tissue Holder 79750-SS is not recommended to be mounted vertically as the set screw will not be in the right place. It is also a possibility that the tissue will come off the roll incorrectly if it is mounted vertically. Best regards, Tanya

I see the Cassidy can only be mounted one way due to the set screw showing!  Are there any Delta tissue holders in Champagne Bronze the can be mounted either way?

My tissue holder didn't come with any directions for installation. 'm a novice do-it-yourself'er and don't want to put huge holes in my wall while I figure it out. :) Is there a way to access that information or at least some stick figures?

Can this toilet paper holder be mounted on the side of a pressed wood cabinet?

Thank you for your question, Maryo! If possible, it is best to mount this type of accessory into a wall stud. It can be installed onto a cabinet if needed but we would recommend providing adequate support on the back of the cabinet wall for the screws to firmly attach to. Best regards, Edward

I have sever 79750 items; all have started to loosen; one towel hook fell off the base. How do I remove them from the wall so I can make repairs?

Can the Cassidy Toilet Paper Holder #79750 be mounted on either side of the toilet?

I have read many conflicting answers to this question & need to know if when sitting on the toilet, this holder can be mounted on either side with the open end facing away from the toilet so the toilet paper won't slide off when using.

can this tissue holder be hung so the rod faces in either direction?

I want to make sure that when I hang this up, the open side faces away from the toilet, (open side to the left, which is opposite of how it is pictured), but still slants upward to keep the roll of paper on. Also, on the cassidy 18" glass shelf with towel rod underneath it -- how far out from the wall is the towel rod portion? thank you.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 79750 can only be mounted one way because the set screw would be on the top if you mounted it the other way. We do not recommend it. Delta Faucet model # 79710 which is the Cassidy glass shelf has a towel bar that extends about 3 inches from the wall.
