Poor soap dispenser
The head of the dispenser is wobbly and the spring is weak. You can only dispense soap once then you need to wait 30 seconds for the spring to push the head back up.

Looks nice but not secure
The soap dispenser looks high quality, but it is not. The head of the dispenser barely attached to the base. It's wobbly and spins around with no friction at all. Super annoyed with this dispenser.

We have owned this dispenser, faucet, and pot filler set for a year now. We love it and it look and feels great. My only issue is the soap dispenser doesn’t work any longer. Is there a replacement pump mechanism that I can order?

We have the Broderick soap dispenser, but our installer lost the straw siphon. What replacement part should they order to rectify their mistake? Thank you!
