Rated 2 out of 5 by DougFir52 from Delta web site could have been more helpful I bought the Delta - RP34696 hand held shower head a little less than 1 month ago. It was for a Delta shower head that broke on a plastic part on the handle. That head had a flow rate of about 2.5 gpm. The RP34696 only has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm. The old head of 2.5 gpm was about 7-8 yrs old. In searching through the Delta site I could not locate the 2.5 gpm head, so I settled for the 1.75 gpm head that I did locate on Delta site. I inquired with an on-line chat per 2.5 gpm and I was given a web page to go to, which I did, but I could not locate the 2.5 on that page either. I am suggesting that when the RP34696 is shown on your web site, that there be a Note that those wanting the 2.5 gpm to instead look for # XXxxxx (the 2.5 gpm version) and then a web address to go right to that specific page that only shows the 2.5 gpm model. I note on the Reviews for the RP34696 that others have run into the same problem when they could only find the 1.75 gpm model. And I agree with one review that the 1.75 is definitely 'wimpy'. All my fault to have purchased an item less than what I was really looking for, but maybe my suggestion will help the next person. But a Delta faucet is a quality item overall, most all of the time. But problems happen even with the best of products.

how do I replace the part that connects the hose to the tub

I am looking for a replacement Victorian hand-held shower spray, in chrome, that is all metal. Do you have one? If not, do you have any chrome hand-held shower spray heads that are all metal? If so, please direct where to view them on your website. Thanks

Hi Marty, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP34696. This RP34696 is a solid fabricated brass hand shower. Typically, a plastic or plastic mixture would be used as metal is heavier.
