What is the length and does this come with an adapter if copper pipe coming through wall only 3" long

This tub spout is 7" in length. The RP64721OB spout will slip onto 1/2" copper piping cut 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" from the finished wall. I removed Delta tub spout part RP5834 (chrome) and the copper pipe coming out of the wall has a tub spout adapter soldered on it. I would really like to not mess with it and just twist on a new tub spout - does this model use the same tub spout adapter?

We switch over from a old delta with a pull out shower diverter with a stainless Renovation Kit - 600 Series Tub & Shower RP54870 | Delta Faucet. The kit didn't come with a plug to replace the pull out in the valve assemble, is there one available for it.

We are replacing an old tub diverter spout (RP17453) with the adapter seized to the inlet pipe. Will RP64721OB thread onto the adapter? If not, is there another spout in oil-rubbed bronze that will? Thanks.

The Delta Faucet part RP17453 Tub Spout - Pull-Down Diverter In Chrome can be sweat onto 1/2" C.W.T. or thread onto 1/2" IPS and the Delta Faucet part RP64721OB Foundations® Tub Spout - Pull-Up Diverter In Oil Rubbed Bronze can be installed slipped onto a 1/2 in. C.W.T and has a removable threaded adapter for a 1/2 in. IPS. If the current spout was thread onto 1/2" IPS the current replacement you have is compatible. Otherwise, the Delta Faucet part RP61357OB Delta® Tub Spout - Pull-Up Diverter In Oil Rubbed Bronze would be recommended. Please contact us back directly via email with any further questions. I installed tub spout RP64721ss.  The spout length of 7" is too long and rests 1/4' from the tile wall.  I removed the adapter to install it on our 1/2" IPS pipe of 4" length.  Could you recommend shorter spouts that would be ok with RP54870SS faucet?
