How is this part removed from Cassidy floor mount tub filler?

Hi Mike, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP74808SS Hand Shower - Holder Assembly. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! There is a set screw on the bottom side of the coupling portion of the RP74808SS holder assembly that must be loosened with a 3/32" Allen wrench in order to remove it. Then pull the holder assembly to remove.
