Once I emailed Delta Customer Service with some pictures they sent the correct part the same day without my asking. Installed it the day it arrived and it works great. Installed other fixtures from this same line for the shower (wall control, ceiling rainshower) and 2 sinks.

The fit and finish are similar to the quality of other Delta products and allow for easy selection of a well designed, great looking fixture. When producing a specific Delta line of products such as the Ara, Alteo or Testa lines, Delta needs to be sure it produces all accessories to match each line such as a full line of towel bars, rings, robe hooks, toilet levers, tissue holders and similar accessories common in today's bathrooms.

What is the flow rate for this faucet?

Hello 2old4fun, Thank you for your question. The flow rate will be determined by the pressure in your home. Is the hand shower's finish coordinated with the faucet's finish? For example, does T4768-SS come with SS hand shower hose? Thank you

Hi Nikos, Thank you for your question! The hand held hose for the model T4768-SS will come Chrome plated. However, the conical nut on the end of the hose that connects to the hand held would be the same finish as the product. Best regards, Brandis

Hi, Anetheton! Thank you for your question. The Delta T4768-SS Roman Tub Faucet is Deck-Mounted. This will require the use of the Delta R4707 Rough In Valve Body. This cannot be installed on the wall to interchange with your current wall-mounted faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

How to you attach the hand shower to the brass base unit with the set screw?

The base for the hand held shower requires a set screw to hold it in place. There might be some missing parts as I can't tell from the parts diagram how the base is installed and the parts that attach to the top (above the tub) which hold the base in place. Are there more detailed installation and parts that would aid in installation? Thank you. Great product quality.

How does the lift rod on the spout stay up when your using hand shower?  We have to hold lift rod up to use hand shower.  Please let us know what to do to correct this. Thank you

Hi Cindy, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about T4768! The lift rod should not have to be held up for the hand shower to work, it is held up by the pressure of water. We would recommend flushing, as debris could cause a flow issue or be not allowing the lift rod to stay up on its own. Can these be mounted 8 inches apart? I'm confused because the instructions say to mount at least 10 inches apart for "lever handles"
