does not tighten
I got this part from a plumbing supply house. It does not tighten. I took it back and they opened another, new one. It did not tighten. They said "I am sorry, call Delta". I called delta and they are sending me another but will not refund my money.

Looks great but falls
When we attached the shower head, the arm kept falling. We have tried to tighten and it will not tighten further. We have tested without the head and it keeps falling that way too. This is our second one from a different vendor to see if the first one was a bad batch. Both fall.

How much weight will this adjustable shower arm hold without slipping?
Hi Theresa, Thank you for your question. The model UA902-PK is constructed to carry the weight of itself, and a showerhead only. There is no additional capacity.

Delta UA902-PK. Does the female nut swivel allowing the installer keep the arm straight while attaching to shower arm?

Is this adjustable shower arm compatible with the Delta In2ition 75584DRB? If not, are any adjustable shower arms compatible? I'm hoping to be able to raise the shower head higher.

Our In2ition shower heads are not compatible with the Delta adjustable shower arm and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The longest shower arm we currently manufacture is 7" long, model RP40593.
This model does not include a flange, although we carry flanges separately in various styles.

will this adjustable shower arm come down so that the shower head would be lowered? I bought 75587 and being short I cannot reach up to use the levers.

Weigh of shower head
Sorry that my question was unclear. Some shower heads are metal and some are plastic and weigh less. I've had two non-Delta adjustable arms already that slipped or didn't stay in position. I believe they began to leak from tightening. Being unsure if this is characteristic of adjustable shower arms, I am curious if the shower head is too heavy?
Is there a maximum weight this arm can accommodate?

If you believe that the weight of your showerhead is too great for this style of adjustable shower arm our product engineers suggest that you might want to look at model 75174. This model has the UA902-PK and a showerhead that has been tested not to cause the joints to slip or leak overtime.

How much does UA902-PK weigh? How much weight can UA902-PK support? I have a 4lb shower head, but plan on connecting two of these shower arms to create a better rainfall effect. Need to know that 1st arm can support weight of 2nd + shower head.

Hello! My plumber installed, on my exterior wall, the showerhead too low. I wonder if your product will fit on my Graff showerhead (G-8471). The specs for the shower arm I have is ''1/2" NPT male thread inlet". Thanks

Refer to Model #UA902-PK Shower Arm. I purchased two of these at Lowe's on 1/20/2022. Both have worn and leaking rubber washers in the fitting that connects to the 1/2 inch shower pipe, likely due to over tightening. Are these washers available?

I have isstalled this extension adn it won't stay up. The wingnut at the bottom does not seem to hold it in place, not matter how tight.

Have you ever considered making this product in other finishes that coordinate with products? I’m short and need this extender however my showers are both brushed nickel. Chrome won’t look right. I’ve only been in my home for 6 weeks!

I have installed this extension and am having issues with it staying upright with a small showerhead on it. The extension tips down, no matter how tight the bottom wingnut is.

Hello, what is the flow rate for this arm extension? My shower head is rated 2.5 gpm, and several reviews mention it reduced the shower's water flow. Tube between joints appears narrower than our standard shower arm. Do you have a 2.5 gpm arm extension?

The Delta Faucet UA902-PK should not be restricting the water flow. The flow would be determined by the showerhead used. The arm diameter is .559". We do not have an adjustable shower arm with a different flow rate.
