Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pull out kitchen sink faucet Plumber was just here to install this faucet. He had it installed in no time at all. Good water pressure and I love the detachable faucet head so I can reach each corner of the sink. Soap dispenser is handy too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice I love this product, I have a sink with 2 holes and this is perfect cause it fits all kinds of sinks. The installation is very easy and you don’t need a lot of tools. It looks modern and is great quality. I really like the soap dispenser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beatuful and very easy to install with a potent sprayer. I received this promotional item from Delta in exchange for my incentivized opinion. At home, we normally have Delta Faucets on our sinks. This faucet is beautifully designed and heavy, built to last a lifetime as it is mentioned in the box (guaranteed for life) it is very easy to install even if you have never installed a faucet. The water pressure of the sprayer comes out potent and helps with spraying away gunk on dishes. The faucet comes carefully packed, and assembly instructions are easy to follow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable and functional The Kessler Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet in Stainless is a solid choice for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. Installation was straightforward, even for someone like me who isn’t particularly handy. The instructions were clear, and it took less than an hour to have everything in place. In terms of durability, the faucet feels well-built. The stainless steel finish not only looks sleek but also seems to resist fingerprints and water spots, which is a huge plus. After a few months of use, it still looks as good as new without any signs of wear. Water pressure is impressive, offering a strong, steady stream whether you’re filling pots or washing dishes. The pull-out feature works smoothly, making it easy to clean hard-to-reach spots in the sink. I also appreciate the design—it’s modern without being too bold, and it blends well with both traditional and contemporary kitchens. Maintenance has been a breeze. I’ve had no issues with leaks or buildup, and the faucet is easy to wipe down. Overall, it’s a reliable, attractive, and functional addition to the kitchen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Low Water Pressure I had almost the identical delta faucet for over 10 years, and it worked great until recently. We couldn't get the handle to stop leaking, so I bought this one. It works well, but there is much less water pressure than the previous one. I figured for the cheap price of $90, we could deal with it for a while. Although, low water pressure might be the new thing, like it is with new washing machines and dishwashers. So sad that we have to waste so much time and water running things for 2-3x as long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible instructions that don't match the faucet Was expectin a simple install but that is not what this is. The instructions do not match the faucet and if you do follow them and try to shorten the supply lines like it says on page 6 then you now have something that cannot be installed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Feels generic, sprayer streams are bad. I just bought and installed mine the other day. Primarily I'm unhappy that after the work of installing it, the sprayer streams have 2 or 3 that are just shooting into oblivion, soaking my counter, if I don't hold the sprayer extremely close to the basin. I have tried the "touch clean" gimmick, but it doesn't straighten them. I haven't tried sticking anything into them, such as a toothpick, to alleviate the issue. It may work, or it may be terrible QA and the mold had parts that weren't clear. Either way, it isn't my responsibility to attempt to fix a brand new product. The whole unit feels so cheap, which whatever, but I bought a Delta. Not an off-brand. I bought a name brand, reputable faucet. The cheap feel, weighted hose return opposed to magnetic, and amount of flex is just sad. I bought this one on the recommendation of a Lowe's employee, who said it was magnetic return. But I needed the faucet - I didn't have time to go without water in my kitchen for another day, so I have to deal with this one, I suppose. Can't exactly say I'll recommend Delta to anyone, any time soon. Just like everything else, it seems cost-saving is the name of the game. Completely ruining the quality assurance we used to have in name brand products. Maybe I should have gone with generic off Amazon for these, too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shame on YOU Delta Purchased 1-8-2024 to replace a 2012 Kohler Model # 10433 for $100. Your faucet had directions that did not have a correct set of instructions and part list -I checked on line and they did not match either-Luckily I know what I'm doing. It was cheaply constructed --plastic crap lines- escutcheons that don't fit tightly with one another-light plastic faucet-and a finish that shows everything. I have been a remodeler for 40 years and I have always recommended your products to my customers but no more

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disgusted! Installed this about 4 days ago- it’s leaking from the handle so bad- already. I’ve tightened the nut under the handle leading to the cartridge to avail. Now I’ll have to take it apart and go to Lowe’s to buy another faucet and reinstall- this is NOT how my Thanksgiving was supposed to go oh and the instructions that were supplied do not match the product I purchased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta quality We have this faucet for 7 months. Now it's dripping so bad that I don't know what to do. I remember times, that nothing was better than Delta. But this one sells only in Lowes, it's sspeaks for itself. I wish that Delta sticks to the old rules and help me out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not recommended We bought one of these several months ago. The style and operating features we like, but it has a couple of major irritations. First, it is either hot or cold. Finding a 'warm' setting is difficult. Just a tiny bit off center and it is full hot; likewise on the cold. But even more irritating, it appears to be very sensitive to any small sediment or calcification, as after a while it would not shut off completely. We were advised to go through a complex process of clearing possible sediment out of the valve. After doing so, it still wouldn't shut off so they sent us a new cartridge, which fixed the shutoff problem. But a few weeks later, it again won't shut off and I need to go through the process again. This cartridge needs to be redesigned to address these issues before I would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet The faucet is great. The only problem is when I measured the area near my window and shutters I did not take into consideration the height of the handle neither did the Lowe's rep. It looks really nice and the sprayer is very convenient to pull out and clean the sink. The faucet is stylish and works great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Concerned about Delta build quality My house has mostly Delta faucets and fixtures. Where previous homeowners swapped Delta products out for cheap imports is pretty obvious, and when my import kitchen faucet started leaking I was excited to replace it with a new Delta model Kessler pull-out faucet. I have just completed the installation, and it went in without issue, the feed lines were long enough, the fittings all fit and nothing was missing. The Faucet works fine, and nothing is leaking or malfunctioning. What I find alarming is how lightweight the Delta faucet is. It feels like metal paint over plastic, and very likely is just that. The cheap import was heavy metal with brass and copper fittings, and if felt VERY solid in use, but it also leaked. The Delta unit feels like cheap crap, does not feel solid in use, and is a little 'rocky' because it's valve is tighter and the mounting is plastic plates with plastic nuts. I am not ever sure the main mounts is brass, and the lock nut feels like brass colored aluminum. All that said, this does not mean the Delta unit is bad, or low quality. My experience with Delta is that there stuff works well, and lasts nearly forever. I gave 4 stars because I just don't trust it yet. I expect Delta to be the standard to judge all others, but this unit feels like a cheap fixture, and I am frankly worried that the brand is heading the wrong direction.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Instructions are wrong. Aug. 13, 2022 Hello, I just purchased this at Lowes and noticed that the Installation instructions for this model (pull out sprayer) are not included in the box. Instead, there are instructions for a different model that has a side sprayer. I went on line to Delta's web site and got the PDF files for the installation and they are not the correct one also, you can do the job with them but still would expect the correct instructions online. Over all the instructions are poor. So i am giving this review 2 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Installation Instructions MIA Installation instructions for this model (pull out sprayer) are not included in the box. Instead, there are instructions for a different model that has a side sprayer. I called customer service 2x. First rep disconnected me and didn't call back. Second rep did his best, but sent a diagram with part numbers to my email. This whole process took 45 minutes of my life. When I asked if I could get step-by-step instructions for my actual product, the rep recommended that I google or go to youtube for help. Nice. BTW: I did not have this issue with my other faucets from American Standard. They include the appropriate instructions for the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Upgrade faucet Replaced an older Delta with the spray head in the counter and the spray head started to leak. New model much nicer, only problem is the plug for lever set screw was missing and when I called CS, I was told that I had to give them a credit card. So, I used the old one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Water Flow Product looks good, but water flow is pathetic. Right from the start, the flow is bad. Not an issue of being clogged. I'm sure it's designed to save water, but the result is that the faucet basically won't spray food off a plate. No instructions are available to aid in cleaning internal parts. Delta documentation indicates they are proud their product is so poor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice faucet, TERRIBLE instructions. Faucet looks nice and works great. As above, terrible instructions that are meant for a gooseneck faucet and shows parts that aren't related to/included in this set. Bought from Lowes, but even came to the Delta website only to find the same set of incorrect instructions attached to this faucet. Thank god for youtube and common sense, but still would have been nice to have the right instructions!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review I really like the product so far ( couple weeks). My issue is that I had the wrong install instructions with the product. The online instructions were also wrong. The first customer service person was less than helpful. The second was very good. They had to send me a link to Lowes for the correct instructions. I expect better from Delta. Cost me time and no water.

Do you have to have the special tool to remove the aerator for cleaning?

Our faucet is working fine but we're sure the aerator is full of silt. Do we have to buy the special tool? Is there another way to remove the aerator to clean it? Thanks. MP

comparable model number with delta not kessler stamped on faucet?

Asked by: jrwrugbysf
Hi, jrwrugbysf! Thank you for your question. The Delta 16932-SSSD-DST Faucet will not have 'Kessler' Stamped on the faucet. It will have 'Delta' stamped on there, which all of our current Delta Faucets have our Delta name stamped on the faucet, as well. Best Regards, Rosanna

is there an extension available for my Kessler faucet? "i think" i would like a longer reach to keep from splashing water on the countertop. a 4" extension between the the faucet outlet and the wand would be my preference.

Asked by: protector
Thank you for your question, protector! Unfortunately we do not offer extensions for our wand assemblies and any type of extender used on a pull-out model would only elevate the wand assembly further from the sink. The wand may have hard water buildup that needs to be cleaned and can be easily wiped away on the Touch-Clean spray holes. A 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water can be applied to this area or poured directly into the wand for stubborn deposits. We would also recommend turning down the supply valves slightly. Please contact us directly if you need assistance with this model and we'd be happy to help further. https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/innovations/kitchen/touchclean-spray-holes Best regards, Edward
