RESEÑAS
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to instal. Looks good I originally gave this a one star on a Lowes review. After I installed it the spigot would both stream and spray every time I turned it on. I had to press hard on the button to stop the spray flow. It was very annoying and I knew there was something wrong with it. I emailed Delta and received a reply about 2 days later saying they are experiencing larger than normal volume. To date over 3 weeks later still no reply to my problem. I called customer service and got an answer after waiting only about 5 minutes. I explained the problem to him and he said he would send me a new spigot. He said it would take 10 to 14 days to arrive. The next day I got a shipping confirmation and received it in 3 days. Very fast. I disconnected the old spigot and replaced it with the new one and it worked properly the first time and every time since. I will revisit my review in 6 months or so if anything changes. I am surprised that the new faucet sets are not metal just plastic but you wouldn't know from the appearance so I am not complaining. However, I doubt it will last 33 years like my previous set. I only changed the faucet to update to something more modern.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks nice, Easy install, but defective unit Looks great and was easy to install, but our unit must be defective. It makes a grinding sound when turning on & off, and when turning off, it oftentimes will not shut off all the way (it has to be “massaged” to shut off). Probably a defective unit. Tried email service twice with no response - and don’t want to sit on hold for an hour either -

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good features Like the pull out faucet head feature and especially the spray feature which is like a soft shower spray.....an improvement over the original spray which was so strong it got everything around the sink wet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great, but has drawbacks Now that I've lived with this faucet for a few months, I can confidently add my comments. While the Kessler faucet looks great and functions as it should, I do agree with some of the other reviewers: 1) if installing on a stainless steel sink the sink will "flex" when adjusting lever due to the height of it. This did not happen on the 2 previous faucets that have been on this sink. 2) finding the perfect warm temp "sweet spot" is a little difficult as another person said. I find it's always too hot or too cold when rinsing dishes or washing hands. And a few of my own obserations..... the metal deck plate ( that I needed to install with it because of 4 hole sink ) sits around the rubber gasket and not on top of it like most other faucets. It creates two problems, the deck plate moves a bit and water is not sealed out from seeping beneath it. Now I have to run a bead of caulk around it - not the look I want to have on a new faucet. I also have discovered that I need to purchase an aerator removal tool in order to clean hard water build up.......??really!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low water pressure Just installed this faucet and the water pressure is very low..Starts out great for a couple of seconds, the falls way low

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great faucet Love it! (Just wish it had a stop/hold button so I could carry the hose to pot without having to go back to the faucet.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water pressure is horrible We have this faucet in a home we just purchased. The hot and cold water valves are turned on all the way and water is sooooo slow to come out of the faucet. In other words it takes forever to get a cooking pan full of water to make noodles or potatoes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trouble balancing hot and cold to make warm The faucet looks good and does not leak, however the warm balance is awful. I can’t imagine the design engineers signing off on this design. It is either hot or cold and the warm is really tough to find. Why not make the warm area of the control a larger part of the arc? This is what you want most of the time...washing hands, washing dishes etc. I complained to Delta when I first got the faucet installed and they were nice enough to send me a new mixer valve cartridge but it was exactly the same part that the faucet came with so after installing it there was no change at all. It seems to me to be a design flaw. I would not buy another Delta faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looking very nice. I love this faucet, it’s the best feature.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Design Bought this month and really like it. Like the pull out faucet feature. The handle on top is kinda small and if you don't line it up straight to turn it off then is wants to leak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great on my sink I bought that at the recommendation of my plumber and could not be happier with it. It looks great on my sink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the new design After 13years with my old kitchen Delta faucet, I decided to upgrade with a new Delta, a trusted name. I love the new look and it works great. My whole house has Delta and I have never had a problem with any of them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I did like it. We have had this installed for less than two years, and it has started leaking around the handle. I need to get it fixed ASAP. Have to take it apart before Lowe’s will know what I need. Frustrated!!!
Date published: 2019-03-25
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not so great! Bought it about a month ago, hate it mostly all plastic. Very hard to control hot water, and when you think the faucet is off it still runs water have to be careful!
Date published: 2019-02-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just ok The look of the faucet is nice but the ergonomics leave a lot to be desired. The pull out hose kinks all the time and stops the water. Not great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DELTA FAUCET Relatively easy to install. Hope it lasts as long as my last faucet (don't know what make) Delta says guaranteed for life - assume it means spare parts?? A buudy handyman says all the plumbers on the Eastern Shore are using Delta and it has a good reputation - reason I spent about $US 30 more
Date published: 2019-01-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good, But One Shortcoming Overall, the unit was a good value, easy to install and works well with the following exception. The soap dispenser is unusable, because the bottle is too long to fit under the sink due to the location of our water heater. Delta does not have a shorter bottle or offer any work around solution. Had we known this was going to be a problem, we would have purchased a different unit.

Do you have to have the special tool to remove the aerator for cleaning?

Our faucet is working fine but we're sure the aerator is full of silt. Do we have to buy the special tool? Is there another way to remove the aerator to clean it? Thanks. MP

comparable model number with delta not kessler stamped on faucet?

Asked by: jrwrugbysf
Hi, jrwrugbysf! Thank you for your question. The Delta 16932-SSSD-DST Faucet will not have 'Kessler' Stamped on the faucet. It will have 'Delta' stamped on there, which all of our current Delta Faucets have our Delta name stamped on the faucet, as well. Best Regards, Rosanna

is there an extension available for my Kessler faucet? "i think" i would like a longer reach to keep from splashing water on the countertop. a 4" extension between the the faucet outlet and the wand would be my preference.

Asked by: protector
Thank you for your question, protector! Unfortunately we do not offer extensions for our wand assemblies and any type of extender used on a pull-out model would only elevate the wand assembly further from the sink. The wand may have hard water buildup that needs to be cleaned and can be easily wiped away on the Touch-Clean spray holes. A 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water can be applied to this area or poured directly into the wand for stubborn deposits. We would also recommend turning down the supply valves slightly. Please contact us directly if you need assistance with this model and we'd be happy to help further. https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/innovations/kitchen/touchclean-spray-holes Best regards, Edward

I would like to know which of your products have all metal housing to include the pull down sprayer. I'm looking to replace my current single handle (at top), one hole with pull down sprayer. I prefer chrome or stainless steel.

Asked by: Ange
