I used the delta instructional video instead of the directions, though. The touch feature did take some getting used to, but I really like it when washing dishes. Overall, I love the look and function of the faucet. The water flow is so strong and the different sprays are awesome.

The champagne bronze finish is elegant and modern, adding a perfect touch of luxury to my kitchen. The faucet feels high-quality and well-made, and I love the MagnaTite docking feature for the pull-down sprayer. I haven’t installed it yet, but I’m excited to when the time is right—will update once it’s in use! So far, very impressed with the look and feel!

The pulldown head fits back into the mount with no effort. Flow/pressure is excellent, and the cone shape of the no-splashback setting actually works. If you start with all necessary tools and a clean prepped workspace, installation should take less than an hour, even with the electronic component. It is well-packaged and instructions are easy to follow.

We have a Lenta Touch2O in our new house, June 2024 move in. Initially, the touch feature worked well, but it began to drip after 2 months. 4 months later, it is a steady drip when using the touch feature. No drip when the handle is off. Is there a fix?

Hi Lawrence, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the Lenta® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology Model#: 19802TZ-BL-DST. To do this, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. *Please use caution when flushing the hot water.* You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. With the addition of antimicrobial protection of the finish of most products, SpotShield "SP" Finishes also help to reduce stains and odor-causing microbial growth on the faucet finish. Keep your space spotless with SpotShield Technology, available across a variety of finishes for the kitchen and bath. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measures are needed, a solution of 50% distilled white vinegar (not apple cider or balsamic vinegar) and water could be used by wiping, spraying, or soaking. Can you match a regular "stainless" or "arctic stainless" finish soap dispenser to the "spot shield stainless" faucet, or does the coloring not match up closely enough?

Can I convert my kitchen sink faucet with seperate hot/cold knobs to a one piece faucet with sprayer?

Does this faucet have a temperature limiter? Our hot water doesn't get hot like the old faucet and we can only get water hot enough to be in the purple led range.

Hi Brandon, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! This faucet does not have a temperature limiter. First, confirm that the ferrules are screwed onto the check valves and that the hot and cold water lines each have a check valve installed. To check for debris trapped in the hot water supply: Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket Shut off both water supplies Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp. Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move handle to off position. Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves. To check for an issue with the cartridge: In the full-hot position, the cold water inlet of the valve cartridge is completely closed off, thus the faucet will only flow hot water. If there is something wrong with the cartridge, cold water could be mixing in with the hot water, even in the full-hot position. Test this by closing the hot supply stop under the sink and then turn the faucet handle to the full-hot position. There should be no water output from the faucet (save for a drip or two every minute or so). If there is water output with the hot supply shut off, then the cartridge should be replaced. The flow on this is so slow. I live in Virginia and do not have restrictions. Can you tell me where i can find a replacement flow valve that is 2.2 instead of 1.8 that will be able to thread into this faucet?

Faucet started dripping bad when you use touch feature to shut off have to shut off with the handle. What part needs to be replaced? TY

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If the unit is not turning off with touch only, the solenoid is not closing completely and may need to be cleaned or replaced. To clean the debris please refer to the information below! We will first try a solenoid reset. 1. Unplug the battery box for 30 seconds. 2. Plug the battery pack back in and secure it 2 inches away from anything surrounding it. 3. Open the handle and tap the faucet to the off position. 4. If it is still dripping, please proceed to the flushing process. To flush a solenoid, please gather a bucket, a couple of Q-Tips, and a few towels to continue. 1. Please turn the handle to the off position. 2. Please clear the area under your sink and remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid. 3. Once you remove the clip, grab a towel and place it under the connection. Gently pull the hose off. 4. Please place the bucket under the solenoid and turn the handle to the open position and tap the faucet to turn it on. This will allow water to flow out of the hose into the bucket. Flush this for about a minute. 5. Turn it back off, reconnect the hose with the clip and remove the clip at the top of the solenoid. Look on the top of the solenoid, inside of the connection and if you see any debris, please clean it out with a Q-Tip. We appreciate your inquiry.
