I used the delta instructional video instead of the directions, though. The touch feature did take some getting used to, but I really like it when washing dishes. Overall, I love the look and function of the faucet. The water flow is so strong and the different sprays are awesome.

The champagne bronze finish is elegant and modern, adding a perfect touch of luxury to my kitchen. The faucet feels high-quality and well-made, and I love the MagnaTite docking feature for the pull-down sprayer. I haven’t installed it yet, but I’m excited to when the time is right—will update once it’s in use! So far, very impressed with the look and feel!

The pulldown head fits back into the mount with no effort. Flow/pressure is excellent, and the cone shape of the no-splashback setting actually works. If you start with all necessary tools and a clean prepped workspace, installation should take less than an hour, even with the electronic component. It is well-packaged and instructions are easy to follow.

Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used. In general, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate). We are having a water flow problem with this model. Can wash dishes off. Is there some type of restrictor that be can taken out or some type of screen that can be taken out. If, not this faucet is not use able. Water pressure is OK anywhere else.

How do I increase the hot valve limit on the faucet handle to ensure it’s set at its highest? I don’t feel like the faucet gets hot enough?

Unfortunately, the maximum temperature is not adjustable. The faucet is not designed to limit the water temperature. To first troubleshoot a temperature issue, I recommend cleaning the one-way check valves on the water supplies. The check valves prevent cold water from cross-flowing into the hot water supply if the cold water pressure is higher. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Is the check valve required at installation?  My plumber said it was a water flow regulator and only required in California.

Can I install this with an in-line water filter. I have purchased this faucet and am ready to install. My existing faucet has an in-line water filter between the cold water supply line and the faucet line. I am concerned about the check-valve placement .

I Purchased an Essa Kitchen Faucet with Spotsheild in the stainless finish for a kitchen renovation in May of 2023. The base of the faucet and the sprayer head both have water stains on the which I am unable to remove. Any suggestions how to remove.

I have power to the faucet but when u touch it sometimes the light turn on but no water.  After 5-10 mins the faucet will work again what is the reason for this?

I think I just discovered the reason why my touch faucet would work sometimes and be delayed other times. I was under the sink moving some things around. I touched the power cord and the water came on. I touched it again and it stopped. It seems the cord was touching something under the sink which caused it to not work all the time. I re-arranged the cord so it wouldn't come into contact with anything else. Hopefully, this will solve that issue.

I had the D19802TZBLDST installed a year ago and we love it! Recently the hot water is not coming out very well, just a low stream. I have checked the hot water main line incoming valve and it allows flow through it. Could this be a bad cartridge?

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. We recommend flushing the faucet. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. If Touch2O fails, can it still be used mechanically?

When I pull on the handle no water is coming out at all, when the blue light is on or off.  The light is not blinking to indicate low batteries but I have never changed them.  I’ve had it since January.

Hi Dee14, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If your LENTA™ Touch2O® MODEL#: 19802TZ-BL-DST spout displays the proper light, but no water is coming out of the spout, a. Verify the handle is in the “on” position. b. Verify the water supplies are turned to the “on” position. c. Move the handle to the “off” position. Unscrew the hose from the spray head and check for any debris in the spray head inlet. Move the handle to the “on” position to verify water is reaching the sprayer. Replace the spray head. d. Move the handle to the “off” position. Remove the hose from the solenoid and move the handle to the “on” position to check for flow coming from the solenoid. Reconnect the hose to the solenoid. e. With the handle in the “off” position, remove the hose from the faucet to the solenoid. Move the handle to the “on” position to check if water is going through the manual valve and reaching the solenoid. If water is getting to the solenoid, but it is not getting through the solenoid, replace the solenoid and electronics kit. Please reach out with further questions! A coppery metal ring around the neck of the pull down faucet is corroded and crumbling away. This prevents the faucet head to retract fully into the arch neck of the faucet….what do I do to get this corrected?

Can the handle on the Lenta faucet be positioned either on the right side or left side? Or only on the right side like it is in the pictures?

How can you de-activate the non-touch feature. Hate it. Just want it to work like a normal faucet.

Hi Joel, thank you for your interest in the 19802TZ-DST! The easiest way to make our Delta touch model manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise to make them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method. Does this unit come with a soap dispenser?

MODEL#: 19802TZ-SP-DST. This faucet on Amazon shows the material is Zinc and not Stainless Steel or Metal. Is that Correct?

We are having a water flow problem with this model. Can wash dishes off. Is there some type of restrictor that be can taken out or some type of screen that can be taken out. If, not this faucet is not use able. Water pressure is OK anywhere else.
