RESEÑAS
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth every penny Exceptionally nice faucet, love the touch features, definitely worth the price. Only drawback is when you extend the head it tends to shut off inadvertently, but other than that, no other complaints

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta Touch Faucet with a square base. This was a replacement for a faucet that is no longer made. I love that it has the same square base and it a touch on/off. The arch is not as sleek at my old one. I do like it a lot and will get used to the look fairly soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product! This faucet is absolutely amazing. A night and day difference from the original that had been placed in my house 30 years ago! First of all, after just watching a tutorial for install a few times, the installation process really wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be! I love the ease of use and the multifunctions! There’s nothing that this faucet can’t do! Absolutely love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faucet I received this product for free from Influenster and Delta in exchange for my honest opinion of the product. This kitchen faucet is excellent for your kitchen, it has a blue LED indicator for cold water and red for hot water. Just by touching it you can open or close it, it has several options for the flow of water. You can also reach further away places just by stretching it. The installation was very easy and fast (my husband did it). Another thing I like is that when it has been open for a long time it closes itself helping you save water or in case you forget to close it. I recommend it!!!

I have power to the faucet but when u touch it sometimes the light turn on but no water. After 5-10 mins the faucet will work again what is the reason for this?

Asked by: Jluu
I think I just discovered the reason why my touch faucet would work sometimes and be delayed other times. I was under the sink moving some things around. I touched the power cord and the water came on. I touched it again and it stopped. It seems the cord was touching something under the sink which caused it to not work all the time. I re-arranged the cord so it wouldn't come into contact with anything else. Hopefully, this will solve that issue.

I had the D19802TZBLDST installed a year ago and we love it! Recently the hot water is not coming out very well, just a low stream. I have checked the hot water main line incoming valve and it allows flow through it. Could this be a bad cartridge?

Asked by: Steve
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. We recommend flushing the faucet. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. When I pull on the handle no water is coming out at all, when the blue light is on or off. The light is not blinking to indicate low batteries but I have never changed them. I’ve had it since January.

Asked by: Dee14
Hi Dee14, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If your LENTA™ Touch2O® MODEL#: 19802TZ-BL-DST spout displays the proper light, but no water is coming out of the spout, a. Verify the handle is in the “on” position. b. Verify the water supplies are turned to the “on” position. c. Move the handle to the “off” position. Unscrew the hose from the spray head and check for any debris in the spray head inlet. Move the handle to the “on” position to verify water is reaching the sprayer. Replace the spray head. d. Move the handle to the “off” position. Remove the hose from the solenoid and move the handle to the “on” position to check for flow coming from the solenoid. Reconnect the hose to the solenoid. e. With the handle in the “off” position, remove the hose from the faucet to the solenoid. Move the handle to the “on” position to check if water is going through the manual valve and reaching the solenoid. If water is getting to the solenoid, but it is not getting through the solenoid, replace the solenoid and electronics kit. Please reach out with further questions! Can the handle on the Lenta faucet be positioned either on the right side or left side? Or only on the right side like it is in the pictures?

Asked by: Paul
Hello Paul, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! Our Delta 19802TZ-BL-DST faucet can be installed with the handle on the left side, however, the handle will still operate backward. The handle will tilt out for on and cold, then it will tilt back for hot which may hit the backsplash and cause an issue. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

How can you de-activate the non-touch feature. Hate it. Just want it to work like a normal faucet.

Asked by: Joel
Hi Joel, thank you for your interest in the 19802TZ-DST! The easiest way to make our Delta touch model manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise to make them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards,

We have a Lenta Touch2O in our new house, June 2024 move in. Initially, the touch feature worked well, but it began to drip after 2 months. 4 months later, it is a steady drip when using the touch feature. No drip when the handle is off. Is there a fix?

Asked by: Lawrence
Hi Lawrence, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the Lenta® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology Model#: 19802TZ-BL-DST. To do this, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. *Please use caution when flushing the hot water.* You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

Does this faucet have a temperature limiter? Our hot water doesn't get hot like the old faucet and we can only get water hot enough to be in the purple led range.

Asked by: Brandon
Hi Brandon, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! This faucet does not have a temperature limiter. First, confirm that the ferrules are screwed onto the check valves and that the hot and cold water lines each have a check valve installed. To check for debris trapped in the hot water supply: Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket Shut off both water supplies Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp. Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move handle to off position. Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves. To check for an issue with the cartridge: In the full-hot position, the cold water inlet of the valve cartridge is completely closed off, thus the faucet will only flow hot water. If there is something wrong with the cartridge, cold water could be mixing in with the hot water, even in the full-hot position. Test this by closing the hot supply stop under the sink and then turn the faucet handle to the full-hot position. There should be no water output from the faucet (save for a drip or two every minute or so). If there is water output with the hot supply shut off, then the cartridge should be replaced. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

Faucet started dripping bad when you use touch feature to shut off have to shut off with the handle. What part needs to be replaced? TY

Asked by: Andy Zab
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If the unit is not turning off with touch only, the solenoid is not closing completely and may need to be cleaned or replaced. To clean the debris please refer to the information below! We will first try a solenoid reset. 1. Unplug the battery box for 30 seconds. 2. Plug the battery pack back in and secure it 2 inches away from anything surrounding it. 3. Open the handle and tap the faucet to the off position. 4. If it is still dripping, please proceed to the flushing process. To flush a solenoid, please gather a bucket, a couple of Q-Tips, and a few towels to continue. 1. Please turn the handle to the off position. 2. Please clear the area under your sink and remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid. 3. Once you remove the clip, grab a towel and place it under the connection. Gently pull the hose off. 4. Please place the bucket under the solenoid and turn the handle to the open position and tap the faucet to turn it on. This will allow water to flow out of the hose into the bucket. Flush this for about a minute. 5. Turn it back off, reconnect the hose with the clip and remove the clip at the top of the solenoid. Look on the top of the solenoid, inside of the connection and if you see any debris, please clean it out with a Q-Tip. We appreciate your inquiry. I am in love with this faucet but have a question about the touch technology. My cat is around the faucet and with his rubbing on it, would that turn on the water?

Asked by: Diane
Hi Diane, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet Touch2O model 19802TZ-CZ-DST. Because a cat is smaller than a person, the faucet should not turn on. If there is an accidental activation, the faucet turns off after 4 minutes as a safety feature. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist
