Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty, sturdy I'm glad it has a lifetime warranty! That says a lot. I'd prefer the handle were on the left, but I'm getting used to it. The spray is the most functional that I've experienced with past kitchen faucets, as it is easy to direct and to prevent over-spray.

The button is so hard to switch from spray to stream I can’t afford to pay for another installation b Delta how do I take this back to menards where I bought it? Just so frustrated. Was so excited to get it now I wish I had my old one

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY Expensive and frustrating experience Would not recommend to a typical homeowner. The Classic 19810-SS-DST faucet came with instructions that show MANY models but do NOT show this model. Had to find new instructions on Delta's website. Lazy Delta executives should try finding this model in Delta instructions & installing this particular unit to experience the frustration it causes. Took two men over two hours to install it correctly. Clearly Delta is too cheap to print instructions for the specific model in each box sold. Would not buy again & should have returned it to the store. However, we will document for the retail chain our experience with instructions for this model. Worse still, Delta Videos and printed water line instructions give two different instructions for what ferrules to use. Unless you want a flood, we recommend finding correct instructions, including for PEX lines, or hire a licensed plumber to install it.

By January 4, 2014, any product that a customer who purchases, stocks, sells, and installs are lead-free per S.3874 and in compliance with the requirements of the law. Our Delta Faucet residential models are denoted with either an LF or DST suffix (e.g., 3551LF or 551-DST), Also you can see a checkmark on the packaging label. Are your faucets nickel free?

Hi Mommio, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19810-SS-DST-R. Our faucets' finishes include a layer of nickel, but the Brilliance finish has a durable layer covering the nickel. Our faucets with Diamond Seal Technology (DST) have no internal metal exposure at all, therefore no nickel exposure in the waterway. Please contact us directly if you have any additional questions! the flow of water is less now than when it was installed 9 months ago. Is there a way to take it apart to see if any restriction is blocking the flow? Water flow is good is other parts of the house. It has a 3 way valve connected to dishwasher. Thanks.

Hello Delta Faucet Customer, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. Low flow is caused by a blockage or debris, we recommend to flush the Delta faucet. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Nicole
